John's Auto Care

I needed a variety of services on my recently purchased lease vehicle and John's came highly recommended. I had an appointment within a week ( to fit my schedule). Drop off was seamless and I received a call with estimates within an hour of their opening. Lots of work to be done and they had it ready for me by that afternoon. I highly recommend them for their professionalism prompt work and a politeness that now a days can be hard to find.

John's Auto Care is the best ever! My car was not drivable (due to a sensor issue) - I was given the run-around by every Chevy Dealer in the county. I made a call to John's and they not only got me right in, they were able to diagnose the issue, then they did the necessary repairs right away. It is so nice to know there are still good people out there who care about their customers! Kudos to John's!

This was our first service at John's Auto and it was excellent! Everyone we spoke to over the phone and in person was polite and helpful. We brought our car in to figure out why the AC wasn't working and they found a very reasonable fix and performed the work in the same day. We will definitely be back! This is a top notch operation. I've been taking different vehicles there for over 10 years at least and these guys are trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and the entire team is friendly and professional. They aren't inexpensive, but their pricing is very fair and they will only do the work that is necessary for your vehicle to operate great. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my truck keys 2 minutes before closing and they were all very nice about it. Told me they had a full schedule the following day but I got a call from them before 8:30 the next morning saying they've already got a look at it and figured out the issue and gave me a price. Told me they would hopefully get parts in that day to complete the work.

It was done by 2:30. I was impressed they were able to get it done so quickly. Great customer service. Seemed very honest about everything they looked at. Will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

I brought my car to John's expecting to have them complete a repair that had been recommended by a different service company. Lo and behold, John's technician called me and said that company recommended a service that was absolutely not needed! He was also able to point out several other items that did need attention and gave me a very clear idea of which were the higher priority problems.

He took the time to help me decide which items to take care of immediately and performed the work quickly. My car was ready on time. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I actually called a few days later with a freak problem, and they were just as helpful. They've found a lifelong customer in me!

John's Auto Care is the only place I will bring my vehicle. The staff is amazing, customer service is outstanding, compassionate, honest and trustworthy. I only think of one source for auto repairs and maintenance. John's Automotive has come through for me time and again and keep my car running smooth, safe and efficient. I appreciate their advice and recommendations based on my needs. I also trust them. They deliver every time with friendly, professional service. It is also time saving, efficient and economical to have a complete auto service with one business. I have yet to run into a car issue that they could not resolve.

The motor to our window had blown out and our window couldn't go back up we are in the dead of winter and it was snowing, we were so stressed trying to figure out what to do, so we looked up some places and came across this shop, online it said they didn't open till 7am we called at 6:45 and thank God someone picked up, it was a young lady named Karen she was so nice, compassionate and attentive, she told us we can bring the car in but they were a little backed up with other cars but they would see what they can do to help.

We brought the car in and by the end of the day they had fixed our car window they did the absolute best to help us and that was the best part of our day. These people are really customer oriented they care about the customers and for that we are extremely grateful. For anyone that is looking to get work done or if you have an unfortunate situation like we came across this is definitely the place to go you won't be disappointed at all. Thank you to all the great staff at John's auto care you all are truly amazing.

We've been using John's for several years. They are the best! Professional, courteous and they always do excellent work. The repair techs are very thorough and are honest in their dealings with their customers. The repair techs also walk you through all necessary repairs and treat you with respect regarding the technical aspects of the work being performed. At this point we won't go anywhere else!
