My SUV was damaged in an auto accident, Johnny & Son's was able to get me in for service a week before the body shop the insurer typically works with. This allowed my situation to be addressed sooner. All of the work done looks outstanding. The shop worked with the insured's insurance adjuster to get all repairs completed. The scheduler helped me secure an appointment, I used the drop off service and keybox.
The shop kept in touch with me through the process. I am so pleased with the results! I drove up to see a clean, detailed car, ready for the road. I would highly recommend this body shop if you find yourself needing one locally (and beyond!). I am also so impressed with Tommy and his commitment to support of his employees as well as the youth and activities in Lockhart. Thanks to Johnny & Son's again for a stellar job! Johnny & Son's worked well with our insurance company. Our car was fixed promptly. The quality of work was excellent. Colors matched perfectly. The after-fix detailing was beyond expectation. The car looked new! I believed the prices were fair. Their email communications were timely and informative. We never felt the need to call and check on the status of the car. Johnny and Son's is highly recommended. We would certainly take our vehicle there again

Simply not a good experience with this company. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for your auto repair and autobody/paint needs. Mike thinks he is slick! He isn't very professional or knowledgeable about cars, he might know about the insurance game(might!) He CERTAINLY has no idea who he is actually working for( we thought he was supposed to be working g for us)!
Then they charged for stuff they absolutely had no intention of repairing. Items listed on the estimate and paid for should be included in the repair! Save the headache and go somewhere else! Now the body work was absolutely flawless, don't know how they can keep good help!

I really like this place I've had a couple of my car's fixed there after people have ran into a couple my cars while it was parked. They did a really good job so I just keep taking my vehicle there and they are listed on my insurance company as a place where I can take it so I like not having to look for another place. And the people are nice as well.

Mr. Tommy Barron and the entire staff at Johnny & Son's are so remarkable. They have had my wife's Explorer and my Ram twice, and they have exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and extensively friendly. They treat you as family first and customer second. I can sit here and write this awsome review but all you really need to know is that when you take you vehicle to this company is in great hand starting from the top to the bottom.
