Jim and Steve from J&J did a great job on a transmission rebuild for my Jeep Wrangler. Their knowledge and experience is evident from the moment you begin working with them. They handled my work with a superior level of courtesy and professionalism. The job was done right, on time, and within the estimate. Having a major transmission problem that requires a rebuild is a stressful experience; dealing with J&J is not. I hope to not need their services again, but I'm glad to know I have someone I can trust to do that work in the future. Thank you!

Jim and the J & J mechanics were absolutely professional and very knowledgeable when they rebuilt our transmission. Jim was very courteous every time that we talked to him throughout. The Explorer had 165,000 miles on it and he diagnosed it and made his recommendations which was right on with the research that we had already done. He was very patient when it turned out to be a bit stubborn and difficult to get right but he stayed with it until it was right. He is also very well priced and came in a little lower than what we were anticipating. We will be recommending him to everyone that we can.

Awesome place. Considering the age and mileage of my vehicle they could have told me pretty much anything was wrong with my transmission but instead they were honest and quick to fix a minor washer issue. It was a great experience and they even made sure i had the right amount of fluid in the transmission to get home the day i came in for them to take a look at it before sheduleing the repair which was same day.
