Very friendly and courteous. Service writer explained everything that needs to be done to repair our vehicle and the estimate. Able to schedule an appointment.

My husband was in an accident and chose Jims Auto body for repairs, recommended by our insurance company. When the vehicle arrived at Jim's, Brian informed him that it'd have to be inspected and quoted. He gave us a call back the next day for signing in order to begin the repairs. Three weeks after signing, we give a call to check the status. The manager answers and states that he doesn't know why we're so eager to fix our vehicle if it's "so old".

Then says that the parts for repairs have not come in yet and does not know when they will arrive. He goes on to say that there are more cars in the back that have a 3 month waiting period for parts. If it was too old, why would Jim's accept to fix the vehicle? We contacted the insurance, insurance contacted them to clarify the situation. We then received pictures of progress the next week.

One month since the accident and Brian gives us a call to notify that the vehicle is ready for pickup. Mind you we needed a rental meanwhile the repairs were being done. Once we arrive to pick up the vehicle 10 minutes before closing the receptionist refused to help us stating they're closed. We had just dropped off the rental thinking we can pick up our vehicle.

When refused to assist us, we were left to walk a 4 mile ways home. Overall very unprofessional services and disrespectful. We believed Jim's was a very trustworthy business, we left feeling unworthy of services.

Everything was amazing the job done was beyond my expectations, just because I knew were the damage was, other wise I wouldn't able to notice, Brian was in constant contact to update me, everybody's at Jim's in Antioch were great.

Jim's has done spectacular work on several of my vehicles! The employees are always polite and helpful, and Brian, who has handled all of my repairs, is one of the most helpful, thorough and genuinely kind gentlemen I have ever met. I recommend Jim's very highly!

Tim and Ed are awesome! Even thought we had an issue with my car after the repair was completed Tim the General Manager went above and beyond to get my car repaired, Tim even gave me a ride to work and paid for a rental while I waited. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Thanks guys you are great.

I went to Jim's auto body repair this week. The service writer, gave me an estimate in a very short time, the cost of repairs for my vehicle. Excellent customer service. This was the ANTIOCH location.

If there was a zero stars rating option Jim's Auto Body would certainly get it from me. After being involved in a minor front-end collision, I chose Jim's from my insurance company's direct repair network, thinking that if AAA does business with them they must be ok.oh boy, was I wrong! They had my vehicle for 3 weeks before I got a call from Sergio telling me that they were waiting on parts, and the estimate was $11k+. Sergio told me that the parts would arrive the following week, and my vehicle would be ready a few days after.

The next week rolled around, and sure enough, Sergio called and said my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived I expected that my vehicle would be in pre-accident condition as promised, so when the receptionist had me sign the paperwork I didn't hesitate to sign. BIG MISTAKE! When the attendant brought my vehicle around it was in horrible condition.

There were offset gaps between the hood and fenders, the grill was crooked, and the bumper was crooked. The attendant apologized, and said he would tell Sergio about the defects, and they would be addressed asap. Sergio called me the next day to apologize, and let me know he had seen the defects, and that he had parts on order that would arrive the following week.

He assured me that he would make sure that the vehicle would be done to pre-accident condition. The following week he called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived today I expected the work to be completed, and done correctly this time.to my disappointment, it was not. There are still off-set gaps, the hood sits uneven, and the passenger side headlight is crooked.

It is NOT in pre-accident condition as promised. Sergio agreed that there are "minor" defects, but said "That's the best we can do, and there's nothing more that we can do." He told me that if I had any complaints I should direct them to AAA. He said good day, and walked away. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with poor customer service, and poor workmanship.

If you need body work done, I suggest you find some place other than Jim's Auto Body in Antioch.and no matter where you go.don't sign ANYTHING until you have fully inspected the work, and are completely satisfied.

Brian was extremely helpful. He communicated about everything regarding my car and it's problem. I felt that he was very honest which made me feel comfortable to leave my car at Jim's Auto Body Shop. I felt that I and my car were taken great care of. I highly recommend this place and ask for Brian!
