They quoted me over $8,000 for this minor fender bender, with a stern warning that it could cost several thousand more once they "got in there". Absolutely rediculous. Most of the quote was for unnessary parts and labor and there was NO structural damage as they claimed. I bough a new fender, a used headlight, and some touch up paint online and did it myself for under $700 on a Saturday. They just want to milk the insurance companies and gouge customers. Don't go here.

I just went in to get an estimate of some cosmetic repairs, and the gentleman was beyond helpful. He answered my questions about selling my vehicle and actually advised me against getting it repaired for resale, despite the fact that would mean no business for the company. 2019 Honda Passport, damaged both driver and rear passenger doors and center column. Also bent tie rod. Paul was very helpful expediting our vehicle even through a chip shortage. I stopped by for help because my driver side wiper was broken. They kindly fixed it so I could get home. I lived an hour away and couldn't drive home in the pouring rain with no driver side wiper. Apparently the gear assembly was missing. They did a temporary fix no charge to help a young lady. I was stressed and they were beyond friendly. I made it home.

The Jerry Ernst team has performed multiple repairs on several of my family's cars and each time, we have had a great experience. I was then so impressed today when I called to ask for advice on an engine issue and they (Paul) took the time to help me and recommended that I call Rick at Lindale. Rick proceeded to give me the Jerry Ernst treatment and is getting the job done well and at the absolute lowest price.

I was given the run around and given really high quotes by more than one dealership and other contractors but am so relieved I finally found professionals who are honest and upfront! I will never take my cars anywhere but Jerry Ernst or Lindale- truly the best!

I have had three situations where I've have used Jerry Ernst's shop. As a car aficionado I did my research and consulted local experts. Don't be mistaken, I don't have expensive and/or fancy cars but I like my cars to last and look good. The three situations I mentioned were a bad scratch on the front bumper on a 2006 Honda Pilot, a front fender serious bump on a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe, and most recently the Pilot was in a three car accident being the middle car. John Ernst and his team were consistent in all three situations. Estimates were accurate and a bit lower than other reputable competitors.

Delivery of repaired cars was always as agreed to. The repaired cars were clean both outside and inside. Their location is extremely safe and easily accessible. My wife, who is not a fan of going to car shops, even commented on "how respectful and patient the staff was with her" when she asked a lot of questions. The best thing is that they are a family owned business who is a community partner to many organizations. Going into their office you will see the many awards and recognitions they have received from lots of Cincinnati non-profit organizations because of their work and partnership with them.

For me, that is important. If your vehicle needs body repair, do shop around. If you want your car to be as close to how it looked when it left the dealership, take it to Jerry Ernst. You will be glad you did.

Very unhappy with quality of work done. Paint has 'orange peal' look, stands out from the factory paint enough that it is very obvious that it has had body work done. Additionally, they broke clips on the inside of door panel that were not replaced and they broke clips on the back of door/window seal and made a poor attempt to glue it in an effort to cover it up.

Over spray on bottom of car frame area and inner fender well. In reality, it looks as if this was done by a high school/vocational school body shop by students in training. Honestly, terrible and very rude customer service when I complained. They were not interested in correcting these issues. I will never use again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Beware.
