They told me to bring it in at anytime so they could replace it, i.e. they considered it a priority and would work to get it done as soon as I was able to get it there.They replaced it no charge as it was still under warranty. Dana was the first employee Jeff hired in 1978. Dana has worked for Jeff on and off throughout the years as a technician but has been the service writer since 2007. Dana has completed the Elite masters service advisors training program through Elite Worldwide. Dana has 40 years of experience serving the automotive repair industry.

Just got new tires. The tires were $150 each. So we must have paid $400 in labor for our total to be $1000. Just had a new mechanic show us the tires we bought online and the price was not in line with what we were told by Dana. This is very, very sad that customers are being treated this way. We had another car fixed there- drove it there and after paying $1500 it won't drive off the lot.
They won't do anything about it unless we pay more. This happened after an unpleasant conversation about a $500 price difference. I guess I made them pretty mad not wanting to pay more than we agreed. They definitely fix the car so we couldn't drive it. We're having the car inspected and open to small claims court. Always take before and after pics if you go to this place a video/ anything with a date and be thorough!

Most honest shop there is. Zach thought my turbos were bad and it was going to cost 3500$, he did a more thorough check breaking it down and found the issue and saved me a ton of money. Would of been real easy for a shop to take advantage of a situation but they didn't. That's what makes life long customers and I wish more places had those same principals. Thanks again Zach!

We took our daughter's car to have an inspection and the bumper repaired. They sent out estimates quoting a total of $1400 that we agreed on. 2 weeks passed and I hadn't heard from them so I called and they still hadn't started the repairs. After another 10 days, we get a call letting us know the total would be $1900. Wondering what happened to what we agreed on, I had a lot of questions and after we talked in circles they waived a few "fee's" and took it down to $1500.
We went to pick up the car and it would not drive off the lot. The car drove and worked when it arrived and then didn't run after paying $1500 to "fix" it. This situation is very wrong and unfair. We have been repeat customer's and it's always been for big jobs. We just overpaid for my husbands new tires at $1000 for mid range Goodyear tires at this location.
We would have continued business here until this unprofessional experience. We now have to pay to have our teen's car towed to another location and will happily pay someone else to fix her car. My hopes were high at this place. They revealed a nest was in the car and had been there a long time, but what was very interesting about that, is that when we paid them for an "inspection" 18 months ago, they said that and we paid to have them clear that out.
But I guess they didn't get the memo, however we still paid. Go to Jacks in Fletcher or anywhere else. We have a lot of family and a friend who referred us to Jeff's and will make this experience as public as we can to help as many people as possible not get treated this way.

The team at Jeff's automotive are amazing. Reasonably priced, quick service and discussed all items that needed to be completed before performing work. Even discussed what services were upcoming and what could wait and not impact car's performance. I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Pretty awesome little hometown mechanic. They were extremely helpful to me when my transmission went out and were able to save me some money by fixing the transmission I had rather than having to get a whole new one. They were nice and respectful. I have definitely found my forever mechanic and I will definitely be going back for the rest of my vehicle maintenance.

It can be difficult to find a auto repair service that you can trust. Jeff's automotive has taken care of my entire family and extended family both recently and in the past. They have never tried to up sell anything and listen to what we needed. Their quality is fantastic and they keep you informed of everything that's going on at all times. I highly recommend their service. They go out of the way to make sure the work is done right and safe. They have been in business for a long time and are very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles.
