Went in today to have a part replaced that is under warranty. The part is around 5 months old. The owner gave me a hard time and customer service was pathetic. I'll put it this way, another customer came in to get his a/c system checked out and when he saw the way I was being treated he grabbed his paperwork and left as fast as he could. It's really quite a shame to see a business who worked on my car in the past and did a good job, go down hill like this one. If the owner changed his demeanor, he probably would have more business. Stay as far away from this repair shop!!!!
