We have used Jack Hart 3 times in the 1.5 years that we've lived in this area. All I can say is that the gentlemen that work in the office (front desk) are freaking awesome. I tend to be hard on customer service because I've worked in the industry for over 20 years. However, these men are amazing. The quality of work that they do speaks for itself, as well as their communication skills. Their estimates and quality of work have all been spot on. Thanks you Jack Hart for doing what you do and keeping the smile on customers faces.

Very unprofessional. They were rude to me as soon as I step in the building. They ask who was my insurance through and I told them. I He denied me real quick. I told him I had a check and will pay the rest in cash. Mind you all I had to do was sign the check as well as my bank. He told me that he did not care that I needed to leave. Very bad customer service.

They are very rude. Maybe it cause I'm a women. Who know cause they were rude as soon as I open the door. I do not recommend this place at all. If you don't have USAA THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU.

Jack Hart has been dealing with me since I was 16 years old. Their VERY family oriented & they do their job AMAZING when it comes to body work. So I recommend them to ANYONE who needs good auto body work.

Now it's not like I wanted to come here to begin with. When you get in an accident because the state of Kentucky can't keep there highways cleaned up for passing travelers, your not really in a good mood to begin with. But my insurance covered this place and to be honest with you. So far it seems like my car is better than it was before the accident.

Everything is done in detail and the integrity of the work and warranty you get until you sell the car is what out shines the most. You'll not be going to get your car back in a few days. Quality takes time and it shows here. If you need anything done to your car, come here for sure. It's just worth it in the end and you'll be satisfied you got it fixed up here.
