Beware of misleading and deceptive sales tactics by IRA sales staff - Jen and Fausto. I was sold a Toyota certified pre owned mint condition 4Runner and paid a premium price and I later found out it had be smoked in by the prior owner - an IRA manger. They claim they didn't know but deliberately masked the smell with some sort of perfume and never mentioned any cigarette smoke to me.

It doesn't get more dishonest than that. Now they won't fix the problem and we're stuck breathing in filthy third hand cigarette smoke. Toyota certified pre owned seems to be a meaningless certification and cigarette smoke is now acceptable and doesn't impact price. Crazy! And to top it all off the Sales manager, Fausto, fabricated a text conversation with me by creating a fake account in my name to cover up his inability to get a replacement vehicle to resolve the issue. My experience with IRA Toyota has been a horror show. BEWARE!

One Star is way to generous (but you need to pick at least one to leave a review),,, I had my WRX in for a routine service (oil change & tire rotation) and experienced the worse service I've ever encountered anywhere. And then to boot, the Service Manager reached out via email to try and address the poor service, but after me sending numerous email responses (as he'd requested) and leaving maybe 10 messages (so far), I've yet to receive a call back. So the actions of the Service Manager seem to permeate down to how the service department works, ,, un-extraordinary.

I have been to the dealership many times and in fact I actually bought my car here. The service is always top notch. I have never had a problem with any of the sales people but I did have one issue with a service manager last year. Usually everyone here is very professional and works to the best of their abilities to help customers with their problems, but I did run into one service manager who I thought was a bit unprofessional.

I took my car to service last year and there were no problems with the vehicle. It was just a routine service that I do twice a year. I left my car with the service manager, who when we were conversing was very disinterested and seemed very tired. I absolutely had no problem with this as I understand that she probably deals with dozens of customers a day.

Even though her demeanor and attitude were a bit unappealing, that did not affect my thoughts on this dealership or my feelings toward the service here. The service manager in this case was unprofessional because after I pick up my car I received an email from her. This email was sent from her personal account (not authorized by the dealership). In this email she explained that recently a number of customers had given her a bad rating and so she wanted me to give her a good review so that her rating wouldn't drop.

I think that this was unprofessional. She was not particularly welcoming or helpful. I did not even get a sense of her wanting to help me. I don't think that she should have sent me an email explaining why she needed a good review from me. As a customer, I have a right to give you a review based on how my experience was. If she received a negative review from one person then she should change her approach when it comes to working with other customers.

Like I mentioned, other than this one negative experience I have never had bad customer service here before. Just last week I brought my car in for service and I had a great experience. Sometimes I think that you get lucky with some service managers and unlucky with others. But overall, I think that this dealership is really great and if you need to get anything done for your car you should come here. Their service is quick and thorough.

I visited the Ira Lexus location in Danvers and it was a great experience! Picked up an RX and the staff were all so wonderful and very professional. Hunter helped with the specs and tech review in and around the whole car. He's very knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly. Burt, the sales professional, was so sweet (he had a bow placed on my car) and he is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Richie Morgan who was my sales person was great.dealership is very busy so be prepared to wait. Bought a pre owned car (2016) which was supposed to be detailed and didn't appear to be. Had to forgo the inspection sticker because it would have been another hour wait.

They treat the employees with threats of disciple action or termination if you do not stay in a certain percent average, which is hard to stay at week to week. Long hours for min wage, and unable to take a lunch away from your booth. If you do go to have car service I do recommend seeing Jenny, very nice and listens to your concerns. I will never service my car there.not because of the tech's which they are top notch, just at how they treat there employee's
