We were on a road trip to the Detroit area coming from Delaware and noticed an issue with our tires after entering Michigan. Was going to do a tire replace from Costco in the Troy area- but they suggested I come to Interstate to make sure there was nothing else wrong- as the tires showed signs of weird wear (they don't do alignments). Interstate took my car late Friday, diagnosed the issue - replaced the 2 problematic tires and did alignment within 2 hours.

They completed my car just before they closed at 6pm. I felt their prices and what they charged for was fair- they did not recommend any additional/unneeded work. Since I'm not from the Detroit area and time was of the essence I was relieved to find someone who was able to fix my issue quickly and not overcharge/etc. Bill and team took great care of me and made sure they did everything to make sure we could continue our road trip. Very appreciative of their customer service- they saved our road trip.

Honest, reliable, transparent, great/fair prices. Although I was not able to get a repair done due to the nature of the repair (my choice). The young man (owners son I believe) at the front was so helpful, honest and very very knowledgeable. After my inspection (very fair price) he contacted me and stated what they diagnosed. He stated this in a way I could understand and was very honest about what my best options would be and he even assisted me in selling the car for a wonderful price since it was of no use to me anymore. I don't have time always, so it's hard to make a reservation, but the parts supply of here is very fast and online 24h reservations are also very easy. It's incredible. They respond quickly. I have been quite satisfied with the work Interstate Auto Care does. I always feel like I can trust the repairs have been done correctly and that I have not had unnecessary work performed. Even if I feel the cost may be just be a little bit higher than other shops, I have peace of mind and that makes a difference. Additionally, Interstate Auto Care occasionally reaches out to make sure we are satisfied with previous work and to remind us of possible maintenance needs, like oil changes. Overall, very satisfied.

I had my vehicle towed to Interstate for diagnostic work. They were honest and very efficient with their work. Also very accommodating with my emergency request at 4pm on a Friday. The news wasn't what I wanted to hear about my car, but they were very helpful in getting it taken care of. Really nice and educated staff. Thank you guys!

Interstate Auto came recommended by another mechanic I had my vehicle at. I feel they did not want to get in over their head with it. It needs new fuel lines and therefore will need new brake lines as well. Interstate Auto did a thorough check over first to make sure the car was worth the money and warned ahead of time that brake lines were more than likely needed as well.

They found no additional serious issues that would suggest not going forward. The extra fuel line repairs were not expected and put my wife and I over the budget we felt comfortable with a 17 year old vehicle. They were very professional and friendly and said their repairs were still good if we decided to change our mind.

I've taken several of my cars to Interstate and they're always incredibly thorough, honest, and professional. They do excellent work at a fair price, and they're by far the most transparent auto shop I've been to. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They are friendly and have great customer service. Thanks to Nick & Casey, I feel confident that when I bring them my vehicle, they won't try to hose me like many auto repair shops have done in the past. I will always bring my vehicle back to them. They are, my mechanics.

This place is amazing! The lobby is so clean and is set up with comforts while you wait. They have beverages, electronic ports, a TV and even an old arcade game. Then there's Bill and Nick, who are so sweet! They had my truck inside within 5 minutes of my appointment time and I was back on the road in an hour. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, how they said they would. HOW REFRESHING!

I took my car in to have the oil changed and an alignment. The lobby was super clean, the staff very friendly, the price reasonable and the work done quickly. The alignment was dead on and the car feels great. I wanted to pick the car up after work and was running a little late and they were even willing to stay open a few extra minutes so that I could pick up the car. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced.
