Super nice. Blue's the best. Made me feel very welcomed. Barb was super nice. She drove me to and from while they worked on my car. Price very reasonable. They do great work. Being fairly new to Tucson; it's a big relief to find a good and honest mechanics. A more appropriate name would be, "very little integrity automotive". Brought in my 7.3l diesel with 270k and was told it needed a full engine replacement, cost to be 17k. Took it to another mechanic, fixed for 1500. Been driving it around for months now with no issues. Just passed emissions last week. Perhaps the engine isn't perfect but it runs strong and good in a truck that's not worth more than 10k. If they don't want to work with small businesses they should say so. Oh yeah, was charged 165 for the diagnosis. Terrible.

Contacted Integrity on Feb. 24, 2022 to get an estimate on replacing my AC condenser and supply line hose, Troy got back with me that day with the price. I had three other estimates and Integrity's was very competitive. Called Troy back and scheduled the repair date for the following week. My truck was repaired the same day and the vehicle was returned to me as if no one had even touched it except the AC was working properly as it should and the cost was even less than quoted as a supply hose was not needed, only a new valve. Customer service was great. I will continue using them as my go to service center.

My family and I have been using Integrity Automotive for almost 20 years. When maintenance service is needed we make an appointment. That being said we have had our share of URGENT matters. They will always do there best to squeeze us into an already tight schedule, or try and service our vehicle the next day. I greatly appreciate all there hard work.

First year snowbird and had coolant leaks traveling from Washington. Had to stop in California and had all hoses replaced. Still was leaking. Took it into Integrity Automotive and thanks to Troy for resolving the problem. Special thanks to Blue for help and advice. Was expecting higher cost thinking it was my water pump. Ended up being a loose hose clamp. They also supplied courteous travel. Feel comfortable to take your vehicle to Integrity Automotive & Diesel.

My truck was idling rough and Integrity diagnosed it and proposed a potential solution. When I took it in for them to do the extensive repair, they realized it was actually a different issue that was a much simpler fix. They ended up fixing it as part of the original diagnostic fee when they could have charged more. Bleu was very thorough and explained everything throughout the entire process, even calling with updates. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and integrity!

My experience was excellent! The staff were all professional, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and hard working. They went above and beyond helping me get my car in good working order. Blue was exceptional, calling and keeping me informed of what issues the car had and explaining options and prices there were to get my car in working order since it had serious issues. I highly recommend Integrity and will continue to take my cars there.

Once again, they rise to the occasion. I found myself with a day off, went by about 0900, asked if they could change my oil(ford 6.7 diesel) not knowing what it would be like with all the craziness going on. Troy, said they would get to it today, not only that, but also changed my front brakes. Along with rotating my tires, and finding a minor leak during their inspection. Its nice to go somewhere, and be confident in their work. Thank you guys, and gals! Stay safe
