I've been coming to Independent Tire for a couple years now. I appreciate how they explain (in layman's terms) how the car functions and why certain services are necessary. I've gone to other mechanics who have literally laughed at me when I've asked questions and treated me like the dumb female who doesn't know anything about cars. Not this place. They are honest, they are thorough and don't pressure you into anything you don't need. I am happy to support their business as the customer service is always top notch.

I have gone to these guys for service on our cars for years. Feel well taken care of here and feel they're very honest. I was once given an estimate based on a quoted price for a part my car needed, and when it turned out the quoted price was lower than it should have been, they still honored the estimate we had agreed to. Will be going to these guys for as long as I'm living in the area.

I was looking for an auto repair shop and found the one for me! The staff is friendly, pricing fair with a clean and comfortable waiting area. They even have a high-end massage chair machine. Kind of a fun addition. Mark B worked on my car and came out to talk to me several times with some very minor issues. He even suggested I get a tuner lug nut key that if I didn't have in my car could be problematic with a roadside repair due to the type of tires on my car. Great place. These folks are wonderful! We were traveling from San Francisco to Newport last week when our dashboard lit up and told us we had a low pressure tire. We pulled off the 405 and had no idea where to go to have it checked. Google maps showed us that Independent Repair and Tire was close so we found them. Even though they were booked solid with appointments, the tech came, took our car and thoroughly tested everything.
Yes it was a false alarm but now we had peace of mind to continue. Thank goodness for the kindness and professionalism of this team. And the lady in the waiting room with us was a regular who was also singing their praises. You can trust these folks.

Totally love the place, took my car there and they fixed my issue quick. Didn't have to wait long. Great consumer service. The only thing that made me a lil bit confused was that they said my check engine light was on. The only light that wad on in my car was the coolant fluid one. Don't Know if they just said the wrong thing or what happened. Still 5 stars tho.
