Import Precision Repair

I have been a customer of Precision Import Repair and Eric for about 14 years now. We have a Camry 97 and it is still running just fine. I've really appreciated their service, maintenance and repair work over the years. They are professional, reliable and courteous. I always feel in good hands here! Services: Brakes, Oil change

First time in and lobby smelled strongly of weed. no other customers there. not very professional. Reply : Thanks for replying. I am not in the database because after the first impression of this shop I would never use them. I gave a funny look to the guy at the front counter and a mechanic (Mike acording to name patch) passing by at the time. They both appologized for the OBVIOUSE smell.

They informed me that it was the shop owner in the back office who is to blame. He apparently has been smoking dope every morning for the past week. I was then informed that the guy up front was on his way out because of poor management issues like the one I encountered that day. Yes im not in your system but no I regret to inform you this is about as honest as it will get. My opinion stands, I would recommend taking your vehicles elsewhere.

BAD PLACE TO GET ANY SERVICE! Expecialy on your high cost import car. When someone runs a business into the ground it's obvious! Notice that this business goes though its employees way to quickly. When you don't pay your employees. You should always ask to talk to the owner, and you will always notice that he is always on some sort of substance, or just is not there.

It starts to get a little too obvious when someone is not all the way there for there own business. Even from a long time customer. Would give 0 stars, found another shop and the prices are so much better! Go me!

I had a superb service at Precision Import Repair. First of all, Taylor, the service writer at the desk is just the right person for the job: he listened, he was friendly yet professional. My very first interaction with him has sealed my decision to go to this shop and not any other I had called, as usually we can judge a place by the quality of our interactions with its gate keeper. Also, they didn't "rob me" with the price ticket in the end! Lol.

Quite the opposite: they were exceptionally FAIR and HONEST! People at auto repair shops like they are at Precision Import Repair, where I had a very pleasant and stress- free experience-don't come by very often, So, I believe I have finally found a repair shop for my car when it's needed again in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Precision Import did a pre-purchase inspection on a car I had picked out from a dealer not far away. I had looked it over and taken it for two test drives and thought it was in pretty good shape. But they showed me where there were several things wrong with it and it had some expensive repairs that needed to be done. I was Sooo glad I took it in. I don't have much extra money to spend on a car and that's exactly why it's a very good idea to get it checked first, especially if you're looking at older, less expensive cars. They can turn out not to be! Thank you so much for saving my bacon, Precision Import Repair!

I've been going to Precision Import Repair for about 2 years now. I've had multiple services and some specialty work done on my 2006 Nissan Xterra, and 2015 Subaru Outback. Very happy with the service and work provided, great shop.

I've used Precision for years on a number of vehicles imports and domestic. They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and I am satisfied with the quality of their work. They often come in under the quoted price and have not taken advantage of situations they probably easily could have. I highly recommend this shop.

Had a tough to track down electrical problem that has plagued my 2004 Suburban for years. They traced it to a corroded attach point for ground cable (!) and that fixed all the gremlins I experienced - cudos! Services: Electrical, Oil change

I've been nothing but satisfied with my two experiences with Precision Import. One for a second opinion regarding dealer recommended repairs on a 20 yr. old Lexus and the second for a pre-sale inspection on a 2010 Subaru. Their customer service is first rate. From communication via phone, text and email, the comfortable waiting area, the professional, knowledgeable staff, ease of making appointments and then completed in a timely fashion, answering my questions, etc. all helped me make informed decisions regarding these two vehicles.

I've recommended Precision to others who appreciate a trusting, honest, more personalized auto repair business who obviously care about imports and the people who own them. My thanks to all.

The reason I rated them four out of five stars is because they're a little expensive; they are cheaper than other places I called- plus they got me in on the same day. All the guys that work there that I was around were really nice and that helps. They did little extra things & didn't charge which was much appreciated.

They were very honest with me about my car. I took it in for a clutch job, and asked them to check out the cooling system because it had a leak. They called me back the next day and told me it had blown head gaskets and they recommended not going forward with the clutch and to just cut my losses with the car. It is very hard to find a mechanic that is honest like this.

Most other shops would have just done what was asked and replaced the clutch anyways. I ended up taking their advise, and in return bringing my other car to them also. Nice to know I found a new trusted mechanic!

I had my car's "check engine" problem fixed at Precision last week. There was some communication issues in the process. But Eric, the owner, called me and resoled the issue immediately.
