This was my first visit to Import Car Center and I'm so glad they were recommended to me. Very friendly and professional! I will continue to bring my Mini there for service. Services: Tires, Oil change

Took my Maserati here for an oil change and had a good experience. Had appt for 9am over email, and I took the car in at 8:27am. At around 9:32am, they took the car around the block. Car was done at 9:44am. In total, paid $316 for oil change, 9qt oil, oil filter, and 44k injection cleaner. They also did a multi point inspection (tire thread, brake depth, etc), reset warning lights, washed the car too (cool gesture there). Nice, friendly people. Will probably bring my car back.

Jason and the guys at Import Car Center did a great job with my GTI. The car is new to me, and I needed a shop I could trust to help me get it back to tip top shape. I found the guys on a Google search, and I'm really glad I did. They know their stuff, have a friendly office, and were very efficient too. I highly recommend! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Had car for over a week. Made several repair plus oil change. Left warning light on no repair estimate for it. Light was not on when it was brought in but returned it with it on. Also broke back window and denied it. Offer to tape it. Will update with before and after photos. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Brought auto in for a strong fuel smell and slow crank. Original told me it needed new o-rings and given quote. Second day told one fuel injector would need to be replaced. When questioned why the labor was basically double charged if they already had to replace o-rings for the injectors told it's by job. Call me crazy but if you already have to take one out to get to the o-rings should be one charge. Little information given from techs in notes. Can't say for certain it's because I'm female. Maybe they treat other people right.

I have to say I'm pretty disappointed and lost trust in them. And these guys have done work on my Rover in past and I thought they were fair. Wife and I dropped off her BMW first thing in the morning and they never got back with us the entire day. Gave us the run around quite frankly and I wanted to pick it up that evening but the service guy already left or we would have.

Actually nothing wrong with car but my wife wanted to get it checked out for recommended services. I knew both headlight bulbs were out but since we were going to get it serviced I figured I would just let them do the headlights. simple enough I thought. Well they stated bumper needed to be removed in order to get to headlight bulbs to be replaced and that this is two hours worth of labor making parts and labor $500 to change the headlight bulbs.

I obviously lost it and thought you're out of your mind and I had already YouTubed it and this wasn't the case. I even called them out on it. Well we picked up car next day and paid for their diagnostic of $200 plus dollars. My wife couldn't get out of there fast enough. Couple thousand dollars of recommended services to which my mechanic friend told me none of it was necessary. Kicker to the story is I ended up changing bulbs myself and it was 15 minutes per side. Bumper removal not necessary and acess was from wheel well.

It took me longer to chase down the bulbs than to change them not the two hours and bumper removal they quoted. And they are supposed to be the experts? I don't even have a floor jack or lift otherwise I would have saved another 10 minutes or more! Needless to say I've lost trust in them and they lost a customer and referrals. Wife and I were super disappointed to have our time wasted more than anything.

We value that more than money. Can't stand dishonesty and lack of integrity in business. Just calling it as I see them. We won't be using them for any more services in the future to say the least. Do your homework.

Check engine light on. Said the MAF sensor and filter bad. Spent 2500.00 plus with other maintenance. The car was returned with airbag light on and hole in back window which they said was already there. It was not. The check engine light back on after 3 days. Also larger scratch where they worked on the car. Use to be a good place but definitely not anymore.

I used their website to book an appointment. Showed up to said appointment on time and was told they had no record of my scheduling and wouldn't be able to get to my car for at least 2 weeks. What a waste of time. Don't bother with these people they offered nothing for their own mistake. I understand places are busy but when you schedule something it should be honored. What a waste of time.

Great first experience, they won my loyalty moving forward. I had my 2015 Audi A7 routine maintenance, tire repair and annual inspection completed. Thank you for the great service! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great shop for European cars, they sure know their Bimmers & Mercedes. Had a differential bushing replaced on my 535i, excellent quality work, reasonable price and they were able to deliver the car on the estimated time. To make it more convenient for customers, they could improve their hours (Start earlier on the day and/or open weekends). Increase staff to have more availability since I've had difficulty in finding appointment for same or next day.

Donnie was very professional from the moment I called to get my brake rotors and pads replaced. They were $200 cheaper than the Jaquar dealership where I bought and service my vehicle regularly. Donnie made me feel very well taken care of and during the service performed Donnie kept me up to date. I was able to pick up my car the same day. My car was cleaned and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend Import Car Center.

I took my daughter's jag in after a warning light came on. The guys diagnosed it and gave me reasonable rates for repairs. After speaking with my warranty co it was determined one major repair had to be completed at the dealership due to our warranty. I compared Import Car Center's rates with the dealership (sans the thermostat, which had to be done at the dealership) and they were much cheaper. So, thermostat was done at the dealership at no cost to us and brakes, alignments and other repairs were completed at ICC (at much less than the dealership was going to charge us) and were completed the day after we dropped it off. Both Ronnie and Jason are very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Highly recommend.

The service to this place has gone way downhill. I made an appointment to get an oil change and was told it would take about 90 mins or so, since I was dropping off my car I thought coming back to pick it up 2 hrs later would be suffice which I did mentioned it the guy that I will be back in 2 hrs to get my car. When I came back after 2 hrs expecting just to pay, drive it off.

They were no where near completion, I had to wait another hr this is with AN APPOINTMENT. To take over 3 hrs for an oil change is ridiculous, this place is now run by incompetent people that doesn't know what they're doing sadly to say. When Brett was there, the service was great with everything done as promise. I would give it negative star if I could from now on I will be taking my oil change back to the dealership. Definitely will not be back to this place for any future services.

This was the first time I took my Mercedes Benz to ICC, which needed the A-1 service. I was really impressed with this place. I especially like their communication via text/email summarizing all the findings and recommended actions. Jason communicated well via phone and email and even washed my car as a courtesy. I highly recommend ICC for your European vehicle.

The staff was very pleasant and had an open line of communication. Jason was very clear of what my car needed and the cost was reasonable. I have to say when I drove it off their lot, it was like driving a new car! Thanks guys, job well done!

These guys went above and beyond! I just needed routine maintenance, state inspection, and my battery had died and was corroded. They did all that and cleaned the battery up. They were honest with me and said I did NOT need a new battery, and they weren't going to try to sell me something I didn't need. (Meanwhile down at the dealership they try to sell you kinds of stuff you don't need!) These guys are honest and truly care about their customers. He even gave me tips on how to take care of my battery in the future, and they actually washed my car for me!

I would give ZERO stars but can't! Don't trust or go to ICC! They purposely detached vacuum lines from my mothers 2013 X3 for a routine alignment and inspection. They did not acknowledge, admit, remedy, or even apologize for the matter. I have a personal mechanic that does work on my cars and if it wasn't for him she would have gone back to ICC to get the issue fixed that they purposely caused.

They were trying to take advantage of my senior parent who was only trying to get some basic work done. ICC is full of scam artists and they are always looking to make a buck on your vehicle. Do not even think about considering them. I took my own BMW to them in 2012 have not gone back since after the issues I had with them. They over charge and your car will have new problems it didn't have before because they are intentionally creating these problems hoping you coming back to them for them to fix and charge you money to fix them.

I don't know how they stay in business unless they keep finding a new sucker all the time, don't fall for it and be their new victim! They are a racket and running scams on innocent people that just want their rides serviced. Save yourself the time and headache and find another shop! STAY AWAY FROM ICC!

I purchased a single-owner ML320 from a retired gentleman with just 70K miles on it and obviously was looking for an honest and skilled mechanic to maintain it. The prior owner, and his daughter, provided every single repair invoice or record since new. Once past warranty with the dealership, I could see all work was performed by Import Car Center (ICC) in Grapevine and the daughter praised their integrity - she handled many of her dad's personal affairs so had dealt directly with ICC.

Face it, European sedans and vehicles can be incredibly expensive to maintain and fix. I wanted to find a trained and experienced mechanic to work on this ML320 - not someone who just completed a training program only understanding they replace parts based on trouble codes. Import Car Center has met or exceeded my expectations on every visit for being skilled and honest mechanics.

Along with every oil change, ICC performs a multi-point (32?) vehicle inspection and list what issues they've found and provide a written estimate to fix the issues as part of your oil change service. Best of all, no high pressure sales tactics to get you to commit to and schedule the recommended work listed - ICC explains which are the critical items to address first if your finances are tight. (I have 3 kids in college and 2 have intensive medical issues that are more expensive than imaginable - another reason why the integrity of ICC is of such high personal value to me.) I believe the greatest compliment you can provide a business, especially a mechanic, is to refer your loved and treasured family to have work done by their business.

I have referred my son with an older Volvo V70 needing an oil change - and we'll see what else - to ICC of Grapevine. I know they'll take great care of his vehicle and care of him as a new customer which in turn makes me even happier as their customer. The team at Import Car Center of Grapevine is amazing, I hope you move away from the dealerships to these experienced and honest repair shops such as ICC.

When I told the service manager I had two other estimates that were lower and wanted to come pick up my car, he argued with me. "Parts from China.!" "Make sure you're looking at the tax!" "And what about the warranty. We offer a 2 year/24K warranty." Et cetera for 5 minutes. Once someone asks when they can come get their car, that's not the time to try and change their mind. It would be preferable to say ok and thanks, and let them know when the car will be available. Not super cool.

Brett and the gang are the best in town. They've been servicing our Audi and Mercedes for years. Completely fair and totally trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Not the best experience here. Brought my car in after dealer service department provided quotes and cost savings over dealer cost was promised. However, the quote that came back was 2x the dealer cost. I agreed to have the battery replaced (rather than all services), and not only did the final price not match the quoted price, the cost for the battery was 20% higher than the dealer. Work seemed to be done well and quickly, but my reason for coming here was to save some money and I didn't.

This simply is the place to go! Brett is extremely responsive and trustworthy. I don't trust anyone else with my Porsche. My car is always in great hands, good prices and they truly care about your car here. Highly recommended.

HEADS UP! THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS! I say this in caps because it does not say this on their web site or their recording. So when you call on Saturday you with have no clue as to why they aren't answering their phone. On the good side, a very nice guy took me back home and picked me up while the work was being done on my car. They seem to be reputable and the work good but I can't speak of that yet, just the fact that they need to update their website as to their hours.

Thank God for reputable car repair shops like this. Park Place estimated that I needed over $4000 in repairs. The guys at Import Car Care inspected my Mercedes and found that only a brake flush was needed! Thanks to Paul and team for all your help! I know you sleep well at night not charging for unnecessary repairs!

I first brought my cars in for repair there in 1990. I have three BMWs with an average age of 13 years old that all operate like when they were purchased. I continue to bring them back as needed for even complex repairs. First I would like to speak of service. You can always get someone on the phone to discuss your repair. No team of arrogant service writers here, who never even answer their phones.

The front office people have been there for a number of years and know their customers. They can nearly always get your car in for repair within a day or two. They are always friendly, and have no doubt become friends with a number of their customers. Their repair rates are less than the dealers. They will always let you know all repairs to consider to keep your car running like new and inform you which you can let slide for a while.

Quality of the work is excellent. They check it out thoroughly before completing the job. So repaired on time, right the first time, with friendly service and less than the dealer charges. Not sure what else you can ask for!

Whenever I have a problem with my car, this place is my fail-safe. Very friendly staff and helpful too. They have a great turn-around time and have always managed to fix any problem I have. I recommend them if you live in Grapevine or surrounding cities.

Beware! Don't waste your time and money going to Import Car Center, they are all about find false issues with your vehicle and charging you an arm and a leg. To top it off the service manager and I believe owner, Bret is the rudest 'service' person you'll encounter. My Land Rover went in to fix a broken hose in the coolant reservoir which they fixed for $120.00.

Then They proceeded to tell me that my break fluids and power steering fluids were the worst they had ever seen. Especially since I had replaced the breaks three months prior and had the fuel drained and replaced. I left there and took the car to another highly recommended import auto shop who tested my fluids and confirmed that they were fine. When I sent an email to Bret the manager to let him know he basically told he didn't care about my business. Is this the sort of place you would want working on your expensive automobile?
