As Imperial Auto Body started setting the bar for the auto body repair industry, we decided to move into the Washington DC market. We opened our second location as Imperial Auto Body of DC. Our DC location caught on fast and the business is growing rapidly. We strive to accommodate all our customers in the tristate area.

Excellent job. They were able to fit me in weeks before anyone else and finished before I would have had an appointment if I went to any body shop in Delaware so was well worth the trip. I went to Imperial for an accident repair. Carl kept me updated on the progress, worked with the other driver's insurance company and helped me coordinate with the car rental company. Karl and his team at Imperial are fabulous. After I got rear ended, he and his team took care of my car and made it a super easy process. From making the appointment, to dropping it off, to getting my rental sorted, to picking up my car and even dropping my rental off at their facility, it couldn't have been any easier. They did an amazing job on my car, there's no evidence of it ever having been in an accident. As a bonus they returned my car freshly washed and cleaned on the inside. It looks like a brand new car! Karl is a GREAT communicator. My parts might have been delayed but there were no surprises! Much easier to wait knowing the situation. (nationwide delays!) Karl welcomed me in right away for initial evaluation.his attention to detail and continuous updates and communication made it all so much easier to be without car! My car looks awesome and I am so happy to forget the ridiculous accident that I had!

Karl was amazingly straightforward and totally professional. Imperial did the body work on time, the work was absolutely perfect, and their were no surprises.they gave me a quote and that is what I paid very unusual for a body repair shop. If I need work done in the future I know where I will be taking my car and I know the shop I will refer my friends to.

Excellent service and quality work. Karl was superb in walking us through the process, dealing with the insurance company, and generally removing a lot of the mystery and uncertainty surrounding a first-time body work. He kept us informed about the progress and was helpful all the way through. The car looks as new, which speaks to the quality of his colleagues at the shop. Highly recommended.
