This business is not one I would take your vehicle to if you want professional service done in a timely manner. The receptionist Jessica will tell you at the beginning that they will keep you updated on any repairs that they are doing but that is a lie. I also spoke to Adam who told me he would return my call and give me an update but he never did.

The General Manager Nicole I was told was in a meeting and she would call me back but she never did either. If you want to constantly have to call to get updates on the repair of your vehicle go there for service but I would recommend against it. They are not apologetic, understanding or polite. They had my car for 24 days for something as simple as a bumper replacement. This is not a business I would ever go to again.

DO NOT USE! they have kept my vehicle close to six weeks now! I kept being told they were waiting on insurance payment. I finally called my insurance after a month of having no vehicle and my insurance told me that had already paid them. I called impact auto body and they admitted they "dropped the ball" and payment and notes had not been posted. I asked for a vehicle, loaned or rented but no one ever called me back. so almost six weeks in, no vehicle, no way really to get around and my vehicle, despite their mess up, still did not get priority.

I signed up for text updates, I have yet to receive one. no one been calls you back. I usually use Gerber, but they were full this time. will never use this place again. everyone is extremely unprofessional

Employees are all nice but they're ignorant. Please check all of your car even if it wasn't damaged before, I was lucky enough to catch that they forgot to install a panel inside the back of my car with wires sticking out. All the employees are also not on same page and you have to talk to each at a time to get your info, super annoying

I was rear-ended in an accident and these guys did a phenomenal job. My car looks as good as new and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for repair work. We had to wait a while to get the parts necessary for the job, but that was completely out of their control. As with everything these days parts are hard to come by. However, once they got the part, they completed the work timely and made sure the car looked beautiful. Grateful for them!

I sent my car to impact auto body on sept. 20th and was given an estimate within a week. I was told the car would be completed by Oct. 13th, and when October 13th came around I was told some parts were delays so the car would be ready by the 25th of Oct. After Oct 25th went by I called again at the end of Oct and was told the car was going to be repaired by a mechanic due to wheel and strut damage, which I dont know why it wasn't done after they gave my initial estimate.

Since the beginning of November I've been asking for a firm completion date but I haven't been given an answer and everytime I call I get ignored or not return all on why my repair is taking so long. On one of the calls I was given the excuse that the mechanic was out for the week and someone else is working on it and that technician gave me the excuse that he is new to the company and didn't have any answers for me.

Now a week later from my last conversation and impact has had my car nearly 2 months I still ant get a straight answer. This is very much affecting my whole family since I have multiple kids that participate in after-school activities and only one car to share with someone who also has a full time job. To say the least I am definitely not satisfied with the customer service and I have a feeling that the work being done on my car might meet the same expectations if no one can tell me whats going on.

The staff were very pleasant. It did take about 6 weeks to repair the hood, panel, paint, alignment. They had to wait for parts, however, it was beyond their control. Overall, at the end, the workmanship was excellent. Services: Body & Trim, Painting, Wheel alignment, Auto detailing

Took my car in, someone hit my quarter panel, took the paint down to bare aluminum, dented the crease out of the wheel arch and chunked the paint. Dime size dent roughly. Was honestly fearing the color matching aspect because the car has an off color black, but it was matched perfectly. The crease is back, no sign it was even there. The paint matches beautifully, no over spray, no ripples.

They were even great enough to give the tires a good polish to match how good the car looks. I've already recommended them to my team at work if they need any body work. S/O to Nichole and the rest of the team on fantastic job well done.

Everyone I interacted with at Impact Auto Body was professional, courtesy and knew their job responsibilities and did them extremely well. They made my 2021 Subaru look brand new once again and they finished it before the time frame I was expecting. They practice the old term "Customer First" and they do it with a smile. I am so happy I found them and will use them again if needed plus I plan on sending referrals to them without any hesitation. You want a quality repair at a competitive and fair price then go to Impact Auto Body, they won't let you down.

I was so happy with the auto body repairs they performed on my 2021 Subaru Forrester. It looks brand new once again and they completed in less time than originally planned for. Everyone I had contact with was professional and efficient in their work. They sent me a text update on its status everyday which is a great service and saved me time and money because I didn't have to call them.

They believe and treat their customers with high priority and customer service does exist within this company. I will definitely use them again and will refer many new customers to them because they are top notch in the work they do.

Took my 2020 Ram 3500 to this shop, received a quote. Spoke with them concerning time frames approximately 1 month prior to dropping off the vehicle for repair. Was told it would be a two week turn around provided the insurance company approved supplemental items. Once dropped off, I called to check status after fist week and was told they where awaiting approval, I called the insurance company who stated they had approved the supplemented two days after the vehicle was dropped off.

Impact blamed it on an email issue. Truck was ready for pickup at the two weeks mark but was not completed. Still needed passenger tail light assembly and bedside cap. They emailed me on July 6th letting me know the tail light would arrive before the end of July and no eta on the bed cap. That was the last communication from them, although I reached out several times.

This morning I call, they can not find me in their system and stated they have had a lot of turn over and there is some confusion. Although this person could jot find me in their system she did know who my rep was, not sure how that's possible? This person is out till tomorrow and I need to call back then. I called my local dealership who has the bed cap in stock, but not the tail light assembly. Called back to Impact to let them know I will pick up the bed cap and install, they can reimburse me for the expense.

They went on to say They could not reimburse me if I choose to purchase and install the part. Mind you they where paid in full by the insurance company. They have been paid for the tail light, bed cap, and also a hub cap that I had previously replaced and notified them of this. I asked to speak to a manager and was told my sales rep is the manager.

Will be sending a letter to the arizona corporation commission as well as the arizona department of insurance. Charging for parts never purchased nor installed would be fraud.

Extremely professional, competitive prices, helpful trough the repair process.were able to communicate extremely well with me and the insurance company. Work was quoted accurately and done on time. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and Helpful. I would recommend Impact without hesitation.

Impact Auto Body is already making things as easy as possible for us. We were hit by an Allstate driver and their insurance company is being an absolute nightmare. Impact is already being so accommodating and helpful and we haven't even dropped our car off for repairs yet. Highly recommend, they will take care of you.

I highly recommend the people over at Impact Auto Body. Took my car in after a tire on the road destroyed my rear bumper. The ladies at the front desk we amazing answering any questions I had about the process. Impact Auto Body has some of the best customer service I've ever seen ANYWHERE. They even handled the phone call to the rental vehicle place.

They were constantly reaching out over email letting me know what was going with my car every step of the way. Final results blew me away. They matched the paint perfectly to the paint already on the car. These guys are great at what they do!

I have a compact truck that I recently bought and later realized that the passenger door was unable to close all the way. It would make noise anytime I went over bumps. The previous owner had placed weather stripping to insulate it but I wanted it fixed. I called Impact Auto Body because I drive by their shop everyday on my way to work. The nice lady on the phone told me to bring it by sometime and they would inspect it for free and see if there was any work that needed to be done on it.

I drove by today on my way to work and the lady who talked to me on the phone asked for my keys and drove it into the shop. 10 min later she drove it back out and the door was dang near perfect. It was closing shut and no longer rattling. I asked how much do I owe and she said nothing, it was free! I don't know any other shop that would have done that for me. I am truly grateful!

Last week I backed my truck into the garage and scraped the left rear fender flare. I stopped by IAB and asked If they'd look and give me an estimate for repair. The estimate was spot on! they also told me it would take only 2 days to repair. Again, spot on! My Ram 2500 was repaired perfectly, professionally and on time. Fantastic job IAB. you've definitely earned my future business.

This place overinflates their repair quotes. I was quoted a price for bumper repair with them replacing the parts with new, after consulting the insurance company I find out they are going to escalate the price and not replace the damaged parts with new parts but to use the existing parts and just repair them at a much higher rate. Also they wanted to add additional cost for painting the complete bumper when they've already inflated the labor and cost.

My mistake for trusting them to be honest. And I am sure they will make up some BS story when replying to this review. It's really sad that every company wants to dig into your bank account instead of offering you a fair deal. I would recommend that you get multiple quotes before using this company.

We had impact repair a door on our Tesla. They have a wonderful team! Tesla was kind of a pain to work with to get the parts. Impact remained persistent with them and once the got the parts in they called me. We got the vehicle in the same day the parts came in and it was finished by the end of the week. They kept me up to date via email or phone calls with what stage the vehicle was in. Really great job and team. Will definitely use them again if I need a repair shop! Highly recommend!

Had to get two bids for my Ford Explorer tailgate. Went to Impact first. The bid to replace was just over $3000. Went two doors down to Service King and the bid for same exact thing was $1500. ALWAYS get more than one bid

Great service! Brought in my GMC Sierra with a damaged lower front end. The team had it repaired and back to me the same day.

This shop has done more than one of our cars. They do a fantastic job and go over and beyond Expectations. The most through and awesome work I've ever seen by a body shop. I highly recommend them.

I just had my vehicle repaired at Impact Auto Body and was very pleased with the work. It was finished on time and at a very reasonable price. Since I was paying out of pocket I wanted it done at low cost. The work looked excellent. A special thanks to their detail crew who had the entire vehicle spotless and shiny like new. Thanks

Great work from this place! I was hit from behind & brought my car to them for repair. They fixed my car & put it in better condition than even before the accident. Would definitely call their work meticulous. Also feel that they were fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Just got my car back, and it looks amazing, they cleaned it inside and out, the body work that they did is so great that you cant tell that it was ever in an accident. I took it to them because my mother had her car in for repairs after she was hit on the side of her car, and they did such a great job with her car that I felt that my car would be in great hands.

They took care of everything I never had to talk to the insurance company because they took care of that for me plus they got me OEM parts, the staff there are all very kind, friendly and helpful, the shop is very clean and they are not a small shop like some of the places you go to, but you are treated with kindness and respect.

Impact did an awesome job on my 2014 Mustang and finished early! I can say these people must really stand by their Warranty, because even though I haven't had to use it they keep reminding me via mail I have one! Awesome job you guys! JJ walked out to give me a bid. He said oh let me see what I can do and that I could just wait inside. He came back in less that 5 minutes and said he was able to rub away most of the scraps. He didn't charge me and said he was grateful just to help me. Now that is the kind of service I want to write about. Of course now I will go there for all my auto body needs. Thank you!

Fantastic level of service. They kept me up to date with periodic check in calls to let me know how the repair on my car was going. The staff was very friendly as they walked me through the repair and insurance process. Their repair work is second to none. I would recommend Impact to anyone who needs collision repair.

This place does impeccable work. You might be able to find a cheaper auto shop, but hey, with something like car repair, it can be worth it to pay a bit more to know that the job will be done right the first time. They tell you exactly what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. If anything changes, they call you and let you know.

And when you get your car back, it looks FABULOUS. You always hope you won't need to take your car in for body work, but if I ever do, I'll go back to Impact. They're total professionals. They want you to be happy with their work, and they make sure that you are.

We took our 2014 Mazda CX5 to get it fixed after having been hit in the rear. Everyone there were awesome. Very friendly, very clean shop. The truck came back in about 4 days, looking better than new. Now that I have found them, I hope I never need them, but if I do they will get our business.

Impressive! After a minor accident, we found ourselves in need of a good body shop. Our insurance (State Farm) recommended several shops, including Impact Auto Body. My husband made calls to some of the referred shops and was impressed with Impact, so we went with them. The gal at the front desk was great. Super helpful. We received constant communication from JJ about the status of our car.

We really felt like he was on our side and worked with the insurance to make sure our vehicle was repaired correctly. Impact guarantees their work for the remaining ownership of your car, so when our insurance insisted on a fix that they couldn't guarantee, they made sure we were covered. We appreciated that. For example: The insurance wanted him to find a replace part from a junk yard, and he insisted that we go a different route.

Against his recommendation, the insurance insisted that a repair was made in place of a replacement, and JJ made sure to note that in the paperwork with the insurance so that if it breaks, which he believes it eventually will, the insurance would be responsible for fixing. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Everything looks and works great! They went a step further and cleaned our car inside and out - which was a nice touch. We would send our friends and family there in a heartbeat! THANK YOU IMPACT!

Everyone here has been great, this is one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. My Mustang was smashed into by an SUV and $11k in damage was done to it. The offender's insurance company has been a huge headache, trying to weasel out of paying for anything they can. Everyone at Impact has been going out of their way and trying to help me as much as possible.

They really have your back! Above & beyond points include: - When I dropped it off on a Friday, the front desk girl made a point to call Sketchy Insurance Co and tell them it was now considered non-driveable, so they wouldn't try to get out of paying for a rental for that weekend + shortened Thanksgiving week. - When I wanted to see the final estimate, the owner himself spent 15 minutes showing me my poor torn-down car and explaining every piece of the estimate. - JJ calls frequently to tell me the status, and was even calling daily when he was arguing with Sketchy Insurance Co.

I knew everything that was happening, total transparency. He made sure I got Ford parts, instead of the after-market crap the adjuster wanted. I've been having a lot of issues with them concerning the rental vehicle, and he's called them himself a few times to try to get them to extend it. If you get in a wreck, this is the place you want taking care of you and your car.
