IFM Collision Center has been in business for 35 years. We started out in a small 2 car or bay operation with 2 employees and have grown in 25 plus bays operation, 20 plus employees spread out over four buildings. Our growth began with our positive relationship with our insurance partners in the mid to late 80's.
We are ICAR Gold certified which is an going training for all technicians and staff at IFM Collision Center. This training keeps us up to date on the latest technology on changes for the vehicles of today. Technicians and staff receive this training throughout the year in series on classes reflecting on approved standards of repair and training.
An insurance company does not give you the title of DRP, you have to earn this title. It begins with years of working with the insurance providers while building a trusting, ethical relationship based on quality of repair, exceptional service and high customer satisfaction. In order to verify and maintain these high standards, the insurance companies are committed to monitoring and measuring the on-going performance of IFM Collision Center. Once you are accredited and become a Direct Repair Provider (DRP), you actually become the insurance company representative.

If you need body work and your car means a lot to you, then the only place to go is IFM Collision Center. Dave and his staff are first rate and on top of everything. They communicate with you throughout the entire repair process and their mechanics are first rate. Been in two times with different cars and both times left feeling that my car was like it was before the accident. My car looks amazing again! Thanks IFM!

A very professional job from beginning to end. It was major body work, it did take 3 weeks, but the car was returned in perfect condition and in the time promised. I received regular updates via text messages so I knew when to expect it. They dealt directly with the car rental and the insurance company, making it easier for me. Very happy with the service and the work!

Made the checkin in super easy, had a rental at the shop, made the repair which came out great. Made it easy to return the rental. Really took an experience which I expected to be a hassle very easy and painless. Provided a lifetime guarantee on their work for the time I own the car. Really great shop.

Failed to repair all damage, deficient communication and the woman at the desk at the rear of the office needs a Dale Carnegie course. Not a good decision to shriek that a customer should take it down a notch if that customer is pissed that all the damage was NOT REPAIRED requiring an additional two weeks of waiting. If I was a dude, I suspect the shrieker might have taken a different tack. Interestingly when my male partner accompanied me to address the failure to complete the repairs, the reception was significantly warmer.

Bottom line: find another provider if you want your repairs done properly, in a timely fashion and you want to be treated with respect. Shiny folders and marketing materials (complete with grammar errors and typos ) cannot compensate for poor customer service and communication.

The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient, from the check in process, to answering questions and sending status updates with photos, estimate of project completion times, to having the car ready ahead of schedule, washed and cleaned! I would highly recommend them! Service: Body & Trim

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Ruined my car had to get it redone at a shop down the street and it cost $17k to fix their mess up. CHOP SHOP/PATCH JOB. & it really bothered me because i specifically asked them to not do a patch job for what they estimated me, other shops estimated $9k+ Before I got it done here, Sharice assured me that it would not be a "Patch Job", and I got just that! IFM estimated $3k, for BONDO.

Not only did it not look right but the door lost integrity which made it unsafe to drive. Color didn't match (did not blend to the rest of the car), waves in the door (from bondo), over spray all over the car (from not removing the doors to paint) rubber from the window wasn't even tucked in properly, tape left on the car. Absolute hack job. Can't believe this is a Geico certified shop, obviously someone is telling them to do the cheapest work possible because that's the one thing they did do.

Also completely unprofessional, the person I got into a accident with saw my car at IFM and had the receptionist call me on their behalf. INAPPROPRIATE. I know they have someone filtering their reviews so let's see how long this stays up. I never write reviews unless I feel I need to do so. I'd be doing an injustice to the community by not sharing what happen to me.

Excellent work on our post accident repairs. constantly kept us updated even when supply chain issues arose. never left a question unanswered either by phone, text or email. Handled all insurance issues and communication with ease leaving the process for us very easy and stress free. Partner stopped in his tracks and said, "Wow! The car looks great!", upon seeing it for the time after the repairs. Thanks to the professional staff on the office and the shop.

Nothing but excellent service! You all were prompt in making my repairs and the car looked amazing! The team did a meticulous job and didn't cut any corners. The car looked amazingly new and beautiful; even washed and cleaned the inside of it. All the staff I encountered were also very friendly and professional. I'm extremely pleased with the experience.

What also made this an even better experience was that Enterprise met me there for pick up and I was able to just drop it off when my car was ready; made the whole process simple. I was even happier when I was told my car would be ready 2 days before the estimated date since I was going on vacation. I've used you all before and I would definitely again!

Was recently in a minor fender bender that damaged my rear bumper. My insurance company recommended IFM. Glad they did. Service was great, everyone I talked to was pleasant. The work was great and the car looks good as new. As a bonus my car was fully cleaned when It was returned. Both the drop off and pickup were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I've had two accidents where I brought my car here for repairs. Both times, the work was top notch and they detailed the car for me after it was done. They will guarantee any work they do and send you proof, which is nice. If it wasn't so far from where I live now, I would continue to use them for any repairs.

I was heading home late one night and was brutally assaulted by a kamikaze deer. My ride! Did the online Geico app, and found this place. It was one stop shopping, as through the app I set up an appointment to come in, have the shop owner and Geico appraiser take a look, and drop the car to the shop. Enterprise rental showed up during the process to present me with a rental.

The shop kept me advised by email of the repair progress, and I made an appointment to come back in, turn the rental in at the shop, and get my car back. They had DETAILED it; just part of the process but very welcome. No issues so far, excellent work on the damage, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm now a big fan.

Don't use IFM Collision! They will try to rip you off. I got rear ended and took it there to get fixed. I had a truck and the person who hit me has a Honda so they were worse off. IFM fixed it, I drove it off and called them the next day. My truck was shaking terribly if I went over 50 MPH. I brought it back and one of the guys said there's something wrong.

That he wouldn't let me drive home in the car, so I left it The next day they call and tell me what it is and then tell me have s a bubble in my tire and my rim is cracked. They told me I had to pay it, insurance wouldn't. Told me they wouldn't work on it until I paid them $1500 for 2 new tires and a rim. I'm not a moron so I told them where they could go and went elsewhere. There's my rim was not broken or bent and my tires were fine. All I needed was a tire alignment! Had it done and my truck was good as new. There was nothing else wrong!

Someone backed into my truck bumper while I was at work and drove off. No more, no insurance was left so I made a claim through my insurance and this business was recommended through Geico. I dropped my car off the next day and my car was fixed in less than a week. Fast, friendly, quality service. New bumper came out great.

Getting in an accident is stressful, so the last thing anyone needs is dealing with additional stress related to repairs. With IFM, the process is a breeze! I was in an accident on a Friday. Was able to drop my car off early Saturday morning. I was given a drop off appointment time in advance so no waiting. They texted me updates throughout the repair process and my car was ready ahead of schedule.

My car had been washed and cleaned (inside and out) too. They fully warranty all their repairs and everyone that works there is super friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Another benefit of using IFM is their relationship with GEICO. The GEICO adjuster has a desk in their office and was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. They also work with Enterprise so my rental was waiting there for me and I dropped it off there when I picked up my car. It was really convenient to only have to go to one place. Would definitely recommend IFM Collision!

I had a two panel smash from someone backing into me at the Mamaroneck fireworks show, and chose IFM because they have Geico and Enterprise agents on site. This place is amazing. They are completely down to earth, cordial, take the time to completely ensure you understand how to undertake the process, and are understanding of the stress customers are enduring. That's all not even taking into account how well they repaired the paneling.

They even took the time to detail and remove scratches that weren't billed for repair. I actually enjoyed spending time there because the atmosphere is so light and fun. I'll never go to another for bodywork after this experience.

My wife got into a "fender bender" in Armonk and the lady who caused it chose this company because her insurance was available here. My wife and I were extremely happy on the repair, communication between the shop and us, and the price. The staff are extremely nice. Great business. Totally recommend it!

After my daughter's car was severely vandalized IFM Collision Center did a wonderful job keeping us updated about its progress. Their claims guy Mr. Vici also had them fix a dent fender that had happened at an earlier time, and they just charged me for the cost of the part. The car was ready earlier than expected and we were so happy about that.

They also cleaned the inside of the car, making it spotless. Also, they were very nice about moving the car to the outside lot so my daughter and I could pick it up at night after they had already closed. I would definitely recommend them.

I feel very strongly about acknowledging when service is superior or inferior to my expectations and wanted to share my very positive feedback about IFM. Having four cars in our family, we have used collision centers a number of times over the years. We have been somewhat satisfied in the past; however, we never received the superior service as we have at IFM.

I was introduced to IFM last year when I used them after someone went into my three month old car. I was very upset about the incident and concerned that my new car was already damaged through no fault of my own. Although I preferred to use one of the companies I used previously, I used IFM on the recommendation of the other party's insurance company.

I was very, very pleased last year and my car left there totally good as new. Unfortunately, one of our cars was involved in a hit and run recently and we again had to decide which collision place to use. We decided to try IFM again and are so happy with our decision. The turnaround time from evaluating the damage to returning our car was very fast and the cost was quite reasonable.

In my two experiences with IFM I realize that not only do they provide excellent collision services, but they also seem to run things much more professionally on the front office end than the other places I used. I was impressed with the way I was treated by all of the office personnel and felt that my needs and requests were definitely addressed.

While working on our car they maintained close contact with me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their services. Trust me, I don't want to need a collision center for a long time; however, IFM would be the only one I would call in the future.
