They do a wonderful job. My husband and I were looking for someone that didn't overcharge and had integrity, and ID Auto Service was an excellent find. They do great work, too. Sometimes it's hard to get an immediate appointment because they are just that good, but just be sure to schedule your work ahead of time. When we've had an emergency they've fit us in.

ID Auto is a great place for any type of car repair work and a car from any manufacture. Staff and the owner are very nice people to deal with who always try to make any car repair a good experience for you. Professionalism and honesty are the reasons while I always go to that shop when there is a car trouble, even though the repair shop is located 40 mins from my residency.

In majority of cases, Igor provides you with multiple pricing options clearly explaining the cost differences, and provides you with his recommendations. My whole family trusts ID Auto and I wish all new people who give a chance to this shop will not be disapointed.

Igor and his team are more than mechanics; they are Car Advisors. For me, it boils down to this: 1. They explain exactly what is wrong with the vehicle 2. They give a true labor cost for the repair based on ACTUAL work, not the labor guide estimates. Sky high labor rates are based on inflated estimates, and do not take into account the advances of modular replacement parts. ID Auto DOES NOT follow this practice. 3.

They give true maintenance advice - I'd rather spend $70 for annual maintenance than $600 for replacement every 3 years. Bottom line, they build relationships, not transactions and work cues. They truly deliver value for money and best of all, are a true resource in the auto business.

I was referred to Igor by a mutual friend after buying my BMW. He said he never uses the dealership anymore, Igor was the man to go to. I had to find out for myself, so I called up Igor and brought my car in for service. The pricing was phenomenal! Igor and John are always quick to call me with my diagnostics, and when they fix something on my car, it is actually fixed correctly the first time.

I had taken my car to the dealership several times for the same issues before I met Igor and John. Once my car is fixed with I.D. Auto, I don't have anymore issues with the original problem. I have recommended Igor and John to everyone I possibly can! They are much appreciated.

I must concur with all the reviews. Igor is extremely honest outlining what needs to be done today and what can wait. I have been bringing my family Cars here for nearly ten years and Igor has demonstrated his honesty and fair pricing many times. I have nothing but praise for him and his team.

This is the place you want work done on your vehicle. Igor is communicative, his pricing is really good and the work is solid. Igor is fantastic. Super nice, super genuine. I tend to own older European-make cars (VW, Mercedes etc.) and for those kinds of cars, he's a godsend -- honest, fair prices, super knowledgeable. If you own an out-of-warranty used car, you're a damn fool if you bring it to the dealer for maintenance. They'll charge you twice what Igor will. Bring your business here; trust me, you will not be disappointed.

This place takes care of people the right way. The owner has compassion for his customers. This is something that is very rare. They understand in this economy we need to make every penny count. I have been bringing my vehicles for several years and insisted my friends neighbors and relatives go to visit "I D Auto" if they have any auto issues. Of course I warned I D Auto about the relatives!

Since then I've recommended him to a few people- and they have switched! He figures out what is wrong with the car quickly, and gives you an estimate right away.
