I want to thank the tech and desk clerk for all their help! I'm a women that is afraid of techs, mechanics etc. because we do get taken advantage of because that think we don't know better! I can truly say the professionalism and concern as a tech was INCREDIBLE HONEST AND FAST! Thank you again

I was a returning customer and I asked for a service and I was denied and i felt it was because they wanted They're way or noway. Thats my opinion I'll give 2 stars because they did contact me about my problem but my satisfaction is the same You can decide : Needed a window tinted and wouldn't because it wasn't installed. "Install it and bring the car back" The tech was cool with it but the manager overrid his decision. Who has time to be without a car i can Install the window but never tried tinting and didn't want to start

I don't care how reputable a company is, customer service is still key. I came here to get my windows tinted, and already had my previous tint off. There was still full adhesive on my back window, and small markings of adhesive on my other windows. I called the day before to price how much it was to remove the tint and they told me $150. I get there today to get the tint and explained that I knew there would be a charge for my back window adhesive.

This place still tries to charge me $150 to remove the ADHESIVE from my back window, and the small markings of adhesive on the other windows. That was absolutely ridiculous. I understand they may do good work, etc. but I'm definitely going to say poor customer service. Nonchalant, didn't care; I'm just another person to them and the workers gave off unwanted vibes like they didn't care for my business.

No care in trying to have any good customer service. I left and won't be returning for any work. Sad part is I've never been to this place until now, and have heard nothing but great things. I've even spoken great things of this place prior, and have referred people here just off of the sale of what others have told me. But now, I beg to differ based off of my own personal experience. Their work is superb, but they lack good customer service. So Thank you! I drove two hours to this place for nothing, but I will happily go elsewhere.

Roy did an amazing job on my truck. My led headlights were not compatible and 2 different shops turned me down but Roy came through and made it happen. I've brought 2 of my vehicles to HPR and they never disappoint! Roy you never disappoint! Amazing job!

If you are looking for exhaust mods, i will definitely recommend HP racing! I would give more than 5 stars if there's an option! Luis is the man! He takes care of his customer, very honest and very friendly. I will come back to HP racing for my car! Service: Exhaust

I went to HP to have a stereo installed in my Mercedes E350. I was greeted by Luis upon entering and he asked what service he could provide. I told I had my own stereo that I wanted installed. He inspected the radio and said that he could install it but I probably would not be satisfied with the stereo. He showed me some higher quality stereos that he would recommend.

He even worked with me on the price. After installation he walked me thru the setup and the sound was superb. HP made me feel like family from beginning to end. I'd refer anyone and everyone to go there for your vehicle modifications.

So far I've used HP to tint my Tesla and install a 3 M clear bra, remove some failing tint (done by the factory) and re-tint a BMW, and now tint a new Audi A5 and install a clear bra. Jason is super responsive and always delivers when he says he will.

This place is amazing. Staff are really nice, got my tint removed and they were fast. Reasonable price too!

Jason and his team were great to work with! I literally drove my new Tesla from the dealership to HP Racing for PPF, tint and ceramic coating. Jason and his team also repaired some dealer transport scratches under the bumper and sent my front and rear emblems out to be painted gloss black similar to my door handles and other highlights on the car. I couldn't be happier with the result! Thanks for a fantastic job!

UPDATED REVIEW 8/6/21 Enhancements made: 1)Ceramic Coating Inside and Outside 2)Paint Protection Film 3) Window Tinting 4)Subwoofer/AMP Installation I had paint protection film and ceramic coating done to my 2020 GMC and it's beautiful. Went back and had window tint from another company redone by Jason, plus the windshield. Love it! Went in for subwoofer/amp install not knowing too much about product, design, quality, etc. H&P hooked me up with a 10 Memphis sub and amp.

It sounds amazing! Good price, good quality merch and easy installation process. Jason is amazing. He was patient with all my questions, answering even the most simple ones in detail. He responded quickly. I've already recommended him to several friends. I DON'T SUGGEST DEALING WITH ROY OR LUIS. Ask for Jason directly.

Was looking to get my car tinted TODAY! they got me in an out reasonable timing an great pricing I will be definitely referring a lot of people to you thank you for fitting me in today! The guy behind the desk let me slide on 4$ lol I pulled out just enough cash for the tint an forgot taxes haha thank you again guys will be seeing me again very soon!

HP Racing is Amazing they have worked the last 4 of my vehicles for window tint, and remote start and security system. The quality is unmatched. Hands down by far the best customer service experience. I had several vehicles and used different tint shops but none compare to HP racing. The owner took care of my vehicle as if it was his own. He explained the paint protection process and showed me several products before I made my selection. Folks, if you have a Tesla or any vehicle and need paint protection and tint, make sure you stop by HP Racing. Thank you again HP Racing. You'll see me again so for more service.

The radio installation was great. However, when I got the windows tinted I specifically asked "is this level of tint legal?" The response was "yes." I wanted the darkest legal and was given the illegal. Needless to say my car failed state inspection. I was charged a fee to remove it. Next I wanted a sub-woofer and they didn't have one. The rep shared a link to a website and shared if you order this we'll install it.

I ordered and it was an eBay link, and the subwoofer that arrived was worse than the one I had. I elected not to complain, and the reps attitude was too cavalier regarding his errors. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go to them, but I sure won't go back.

They did great job on my tint. And love the bug deflector's look. Even has lights.

I would highly recommend this place. I recently got a few things done on my brand new car (Ceramic Coat, Painted Calipers and Tinting). I worked closely with Jason and he was beyond professional, he had a personal touch with his customer and walked me through all the process and kept in touch with me along the way to get my feedback before completing all the job. I wish I would have known this place earlier! They have got a loyal customer now.

I bought a new car, took it to HP racing for tint the next day. The tint was fine. $575 for ceramic. The installer was sloppy. He stained my back seat in several places. Which tells me, he didn't protect the seats. I paid way too much for crappy work! Sloppy! I've been back twice to get a resolution, they do not care. It is a brand new car with a stained back seat! Sloppy. Avoid them. March 2021.

Got my lowering springs installed on my car by Louis. Great guy and does even better work.

I had a good experience I was helped by Roy yesterday getting a remote start added who ever did it before messed my whole wiring up he turned around and did a professional job

I called ahead to make an appointment this morning and they said they were not busy and that I didn't need to make one and that I could just come in. Therefore, I jumped in my car and went on my way. I came here to get my tints done TODAY. Told me there was two cars ahead of me and that it only should been a 10-20 minute wait as they were almost finished.

I see the cars come out, and I assume they are taking my car in next, NOPE. I see people that came AFTER me going in to get their car tinted. So, I've been sitting here biting my tongue and TWO hours later they finally take my car back. Talk to the supervisor and she was making up all types of excuses saying that they were getting tints but I heard them saying what they wanted tinted to an employee. Service here is terrible. Not to mention my tint had bubbles all in it and shit. Don't come here, save your money and go somewhere else.

Took my 3rd vehicle here for tinting. Wanted the windshield done as well but was told they didn't have time to do it. That was a bummer but I always get a good professional job. Staff are always pretty nice to talk to, they def know their stuff.

Used to be the spot to come for tint and car performance parts. But over the years, the tint price has become ridiculous and the service has become so slow. I've been sitting an hour so far and the truck hasn't even gone in yet. Will be the last time I come back.

I arrive to installation for Smart Start on my car (it's the second installation on the car ) So all others companies who work with smart start not charge for the installation but here they say it's different installation and bla bla, but the first installation was done by another shop without cost They supposed to charge just for calibration that's it. For me it's a signal that this company try to charge you anyway for something even if it's right. Maybe you take the 100$ from me but you lost a client.

Anything and everything you need for your car you will get it at this store. I own a Tesla and was looking for a paint protection film, which I couldn't find anywhere but here. They also provide paint protection film cover for your entire front bumper etc. to protect against scratches and sun damage. Very nice and friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

HP racing is a quality shop for tint. They have a variety of top brand films. There prices are a little higher than usual depending on what film your looking for. They also offer great plans and lifetime warranties in case anything happens on the road. I will be going back soon to try out SunTek CIR on my front windshield of a newer vehicle.

Absolute worse place to take your car. If you like your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO HP.I had my exhaust done here and it is horrible. I paid $850.00 for an stainless steel exhaust and its not stainless, the weld look like a blind man did them and it's rusting and falling apart in less then 3 years. The idiots welded my hangers with rods and eliminated my rubber hangers wand caused my header to crack. Exhaust must be able to move with engine. When I asked them to fix the problem they just didn't care. This place should close there doors. DONT EVER GO HERE THEY ARE IDIOTS.

I've brought several cars to HP over the years to get my windows tinted. Their prices are fair and the service is always great. Highly recommend them. I've never used them for audio but they have a great selection of speakers and head units to browse in their shop.

Brought my vehicle here to get some illegal tint removed. I wish I would have went elsewhere. The store was dirty, bathroom has no paper towel, and worst of all, after I got my car back, the trim on my driver-side door was warped. I just got this car and this wasn't there before taking my car here. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Be warned that there's much better service elsewhere and your car will be in better hands.

I went to HP Racing for a few things and I keep going back. I have taken all my cars, trucks and told friends to go. Service is great and everything I got done was great. So far I had 6 tint jobs don't 3 Alpine stereos installed, leaving kit, running boards and a bull bar installed. Even got tires there and they turned out great. On the rim and out the door. Overcharged for poor service and quality. 2 hours the first time 1 hour 20 minutes the second time Put the covers on yourself. It's not hard but I figured I would have someone do it so "I know it's right." boy was I wrong for assuming these people could see straight. Bought a brand new truck and was having a Tonneau cover put on the bed.

I ordered one through them that was delivered the next day. This was a removable cover that can roll up. When the cover is open it clicks in near the tailgate to stay down. The rails were so misaligned that only one of the locks clicked in, and when I rolled the cover up and tried to remove the bars (which are supposed to just click out) the middle bar was under so much tension that it couldn't be taken out.

So I couldn't put the furniture in the back of the truck that I was trying to move. The bar didn't click because the RAILS WERE INSTALLED UNEVENLY. The only decent part was that I went back and the guy fixed it. Said it would be about 30 minutes because all he has to do is loosen the rails and realign them. It took an hour and 20 minutes. I Thought about getting my tint done here but i think I'll go elsewhere.

Went there today stood there since the person at the desk was speaking with someone, after 15 min no one greeted me or said anything so I'm not coming back to this place he could have said something and reading the other reviews I'm good without them

Pros 1) it does not take long to get your window tinted and you can get an appointment fairly quickly 2) free WiFi 3) they offer Groupon deals 4) the gentleman behind the desk is kind and definitely knows how to multitask Cons 1) $40 to tint two 1/4 windows (small windows on the sides of rear windows) of a Honda Accord is overpriced. I spent $98 for the Groupon AND an additional $74 out-of-pocket (two extra 'windows' and the only way to get a warranty is to buy the high performance tint vs standard) 2) expect to pay much more than the Groupon 3) they are over priced and up-charge you if you're using a coupon, etc It's only day two, but I feel I will definitely have a couple of small bubbles on two of the windows. Of course, they tell you to wait several days, they'll all dry, etc. I'm not convinced. So far the work is okay, but nothing to do cartwheels over.

I liked the job they did on my window tints. There were no bubbles, blemishes, or missed spaces on any of my windows. I found them to be a little on the expensive side but the film used & tint job quality were really good so I won't dwell on that. I also like the re - tint package offering they have for instances of being required to remove dark tints.

When I was not issued the voucher I was supposed to receive with my package Louie was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. He seems to always be working, is very friendly, and gives great customer service. I would use their services again for window tinting & ask for Louie to help you if you need to stop in.
