Howard's Wrecker & Body Shop

We called and explained our tradgic situation prior to arriving at the Wrecker company. Not only had we lost a huge part of our heart but now we had to deal with the business side of his vehicle. We MADE sure and verified not once but twice what we would need to bring, to send, to have in person. When we were told that everything was in place to go and take care of the paperwork, we went.

The woman up front in the office was a heavy set white female. She was rude to us from the start! No matter how we tried to address what we were told prior to coming there she cut us off and made it very apparent that she could care less! I believe that a Wrecker business probably deals with people who have suffered a great loss often. I realize that families come in there that do not understand what needs to be done legally. I, on the other hand have had multiple family members who work in law enforcement.

I am not a typical family that doesn't understand the situation at hand. However, I will NEVER understand anyone who feels the need to belittle everyone else to feed their own ego! She even went as far as lie on what we had said and done. Little did she know that it was all recorded on our company vehicle! I so wanted to call the owner and let him know how we were treated and how she lied, after all we had the proof but sometimes it's just better to let God do His thing and stay out of His way! Mr. Howard you are a good man but you could really use some help with your office staff! This was so unprofessional as well as a disgrace to your character and your fine establishment! who

I ended up not needing their services. They were swamped and promised to call back when free. They did end up checking on me to make sure I was taken care of. Absolute kings.

I was told that a tow truck will pick me up around 9. I wanted 13 hour and then was told they couldn't service me! Service: Car towing

Critical: Professionalism SCAM running business. Towed our truck from a parking lot with NO posted signs and charged $800.00 to tow the truck a few miles. Owner should be ashamed. They thought is was funny that our truck was at least the 4th one they had towed that day.

Howard's removed an abandoned vehicle late at night after work off of my property at no cost to me. All I needed was my I.D. and my property deed to prove I was the owner of the home. Thank you Howards for helping me out!

I had a flat tire today and phoned Howard's for a tow. They were 'busy' and recommended Barrow's Towing. Barrow's subsequently made me wait over 3 hours, and then charged my $240 for a 1.2 mile tow. A warning to all potential customers out there, DO NOT EVER use Howards or Barrows. If Howards can recommend another company which has no morals and is happy to rip off their customers, then by association Howards is NOT a trustworthy business.

I cannot stress this enough, NEVER EVER use this companies towing services. There are other options out there besides Howards or Barrows. These people have absolutely no issue with ripping their customers off financially. If I could give less than 1 star I would. REPEAT: NEVER EVER use this company for towing services. They will most likely rip you off the same as Barrows.

The gentleman who was named Jermaine was very polite, and professional. Got to my truck in a reasonable amount of time than I thought he would. I thank him and your service because it was a HOT day! I would recommend this service to anyone. The amount I paid was reasonable. If you have car/truck/vehicle issues and need towing service, call Howard's Wrecker Service!

The drive provided great services. He was very professional and tried very hard to not damage anything of the my Tesla Model 3. He called Tesla service center and we looked at youtube to figure out how to open the fronk and close the window before he towed the car away. He also sent me photos after he dropped the car at Tesla service center. It took whole day to get my car towed, but this is not his issue, i think Tesla needs to improve its service quality and resources.

Didn't run into any issues. They took 30ish minutes when I was 11 min away which is a really good response time, from my experience with other towing companies. Price was also really good for the distance. Driver was very polite. :

If you commercial truck stay away from these people, they will tell you on price and will charge another. I used them to tow my truck(a car hauler) and they didn't even disconnect the drive shaft, and they damaged the cars that were on the trailer. The dispatcher told me that they will take care of the damage that they done, and when I called them back to arrange for somebody to come and fix it they told me that will not fix it, and that they not responsible for, even if driver signed on the invoice that he did the damage, very shady people
