Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at Honda Mechanicsville. We worked with Brian and he helped us find the car that was right for us and our budget! His customer service was top notch. He gave his honest opinion when I was nervous about making my final decision and answered the hundred questions I had for him! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything on the spot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda and definitely talk to Brian!

I bought a Honda Accord sport here last week. The sales representative name was Doug, he was so informative and helpful during the time of service. He is the type of sales rep that actually cares about customers and someone who tries to help you in anyway possible. This was my first car I have ever bought and my experience with Doug and Mechanicsville Honda was great! I would definitely recommend going to Mechanicsville Honda if you're trying to purchase a car.

Had great time getting the car of my dreams at this dealership. If you are ever in need of a new car hit up Palmer. He is a true Honda man and his attention to make sure you have a great experience was wonderful. Even when I annoyed him asking for updates on my car he always shared the information he had right away. I didn't just get a car from him I earned a friend. After two months of research, I just purchased a new SNP Accord Sport 2.0T from Mechanicsville Honda. My salesperson was Chris Roane. Chris Roane was very knowledgeable and professional and had excellent customer service. Chris Roane took the time to explain the car buying process and showed me all the new technology on the vehicle that I purchased. Answered all my questions. Doug was extremely helpful in finding my boyfriend his, "new to him" car! Explained our options and got us a decent deal considering the market right now. Lee was also great with financing and warranty options. Personally I also bought my 2016 Honda Fit at Mechanicsville Honda and they're always so nice! Highly recommend!

Lauren was amazing! My 84 year old Dad was treated like the King we think he is. She took the time to go through everything and answer all the questions throughout the process. She made sure he understood everything and went out of her way with communicating and let us know the moment the vehicle he wanted showed up. If you're in the market for a Honda or used car just ask for Lauren and you'll be taken care of.

I went here super scared that I wasn't going to get approved for anything, I talked to the Car Salesman named Emilio and once I talked to him, I felt more comfortable with the car buying journey! He was patient with me with all my questions and concerns, I was very concerned about my car note being very high being that I had average credit, I didn't want to even look at cars to new because of that fact! Emilio never pushed me to look at something I wasn't interested he paid attention to what I wanted in every aspect, once I told him my car was in honor of my aunt that passed that had the same car he made it his purpose to see me happy with my car! Picked my car and had to put down the amount I told him I wanted! Also would like to shout-out Billy and Tyler(I believe that's his name)! You all helped me accomplish my goal and I will forever be a loyal customer!

I've been getting my previous vehicle serviced at Mechanicsville Honda for years and have always had a great experience. Today I experienced the sales side and purchased a new vehicle there and couldn't be more thrilled! Emilio was so nice from the moment I called to check availability to his friendly self greeting us when we pulled up and had the car ready for me to look over and test drive.
