Absolutely amazing experience. MJ was my sales guy, extremely helpful through the whole process, this is my first bike so I was pretty nervous but he helped me through every step of the process. Very fun to be around and a great environment. Lots of nice people, ten out of ten would recommend and will definitely be coming back for my next purchase.

I wish I could give negative stars. I understand that this is a busy place but there is an extreme lack of customer service and professionalism. I am a medical professional and pride myself in communication and professionalism. I live out of state and called inquiring about inventory on the website (trials bikes) and needed more information and I was a serious buyer with cash in hand.

Not only was I on hold for several minutes every time I called, but then I was told I would have to leave a message. I never received a call back so I called again a couple of days later. Then the sales person sent me some info via email but every time I tried to communicate with him he would keep telling me he would "find out" what kind of deal could be made.

Instead of calling me he would respond via email a couple of words responses. I have been ghosted since. I tried calling again yesterday and left yet another message in great detail about what I wanted to buy and still haven't received a call back! Consider buying elsewhere before you work with this business because they don't take you seriously and I would hate to imagine how they are to work with when you actually need something important involving your purchase. They will likely be too busy for you. I gave them a handful of calls and e-mails to no avail, my business doesn't matter so I'll take it elsewhere

I have been on the hunt for a Honda CRF300L Rally. They are not easy bikes to get a hold of. My local dealer has six pre orders and they aren't expecting any to arrive until late summer. Some other dealers in my state aren't expecting any until next year! I ended up finding two available out of state (within a distance I was willing to drive.) One was in Vegas, but they blew me off and wanted far more in dealer mark up.

The other was at MotoSport Hillsboro. I live in Idaho and MotoSport Hillsboro worked with me and my bank over the phone without fault. I made the 9 hour drive to pick up the bike and bought some gear while I was there. Nice selection of gear to choose from. Thanks to MJ and everyone that helped me!

Rick May is the man. Bf came in with specific bike, and plan for financing and Rick stuck with us through out the way. If we were waiting for financing we were doing paperwork and making sure every next step was ready. Rick doesn't take down time, if he wasn't actively helping us he was greeting and helping others making a pleasant experience for everyone! Honestly it was like having your dad there, he was really cool.

It took 5 hours with the whole financing and the bike being brought over from the warehouse, every bit was worth it. I highly recommend this place for the professionalism, personabilitly, effectiveness and over all kindness of the staff. Will be recommending any friends or family to this place! I came in with a used bike on super short notice, during a multi-state move. I worked with Brandon while I was on the road and by the time I got there with the bike, I had a quote, followed by a check. Super professional team here and I would go there again if I'm in the area. Definitely going to miss that bike.

I went in looking to get some info on the bike I was interested in had Nick Shirley answer a few questions I had and after a short time I was financed and ready to take the bike home but was unable to at the moment. They were kind enough to store the bike for me and some other goodies I had purchased and had it ready for me when I was able to pick it up. Nick and his crew were more than accommodating and I left the experience a very happy customer, I will definitely be back to see them in the future.

My new favorite dealership! It is like Disneyland for motorcycle riders. Best experience I have ever had buying any type of vehicle. High integrity, fair pricing, low dealer fees, and amazing customer service. I worked with Nick Shirley and by the time the deal was done, I wanted to hug the man. I flew up from Tucson Arizona to buy a bike I found online.

I inquired about the bike while the dealership was closed and heard back by text message from Nick before they even opened. He answered my many questions, sent me pictures of the bike and was sure to get pictures of any blemishes so I could make an informed decision. He wrote up the deal and sent it to me within an hour. The dealer fees were transparent, fair, and very low compared to what I have experienced at other dealers. Nick kept in touch with me along the way and even checked on me when my Uber was delayed in traffic to make sure I was okay.

When I arrived at the dealership the bike was ready to go and the paperwork was ready too. 10 minutes later the deal was done, but Nick's amazingness was not. I needed some accessories and Nick gave me a discount on those and arranged to ship the items that were not in stock to me. I needed something to hold my phone/gps for the ride home. Nick found one and installed it for me on the spot.

The bike was in great condition and ready to go. I rode 1,894 miles home and had the most amazing journey made possible by Nick and the team at MotoSport Hillsboro. If you need a new ride and want a great experience, this is your place.
