Heritage Auto Repair

This was my first time there and it won't be my last. Hopefully it won't be for car repairs I will definitely be getting my oil changes there from now on. If I do need car repairs I will take my car to them and will also recommend them to others needing a mechanic. They were so kind and easy to talk too. I stress whenever something is wrong with my car. It is nice when you find someone who will listen and makes you feel at ease. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I will see you again for my next oil change!

I cannot say enough good things about this local business! For years I have seen them promoting free services for different, fun things from "if your name is Aaron" or single mom events. This year, I was able to participate, and they went above and beyond to help me in my time of need and make sure I had a reliable vehicle back on the road. Having an honest, accommodating, generous, and fun local company is the best you can ask for!

10/10 would recommend. I'm so glad my search for a reputable Audi service technician in the Boise/Meridian area came up with Heritage Auto. Heritage provided a thorough inspection and even confirmed an error Audi Boise had made which could've cost me thousands of dollars! My first time visit went really well. Zach was my service advisor and he was very kind and explained all the services my car needed and was very patient with me when I asked questions. My car is running smoothly and all is well and good!

I had an oil leak in my Ford Edge that Heritage Auto repaired. This had been repaired previously at the Ford dealer but they had not done the repair correctly. Heritage Auto took the time to fix the oil repair correctly and I was very happy with how they kept me informed during the time that my car was with them for the repair. Everyone at Heritage was very friendly and courteous too.

Took care of our vehicles for about 5 years. Then we took it in for a leak, which they couldn't locate. Ended up replacing the carburetor, then suddenly discovered a massive oil leak. Took them over a week to fix because they didn't want to prioritize our car (meaning they wouldn't be able to keep their schedule with other repairs). While making a 600 mile trip directly after we got our car back we discovered that not only did they install the carburetor incorrectly but they used a very cheap part which was causing our engine to overheat.

Not sure what we ever did to these people but I was really saddened to be taken advantage of like this. Beware of any automotive place that tells you how much integrity they have, because they shouldn't actually have to say it.

I noticed a large puddle of diesel under my pickup and was not able to locate the source. I took it to Heritage and they were able to diagnose and resolve the leak right away. Their customer service is outstanding and their knowledge is great. I will definitely use them again and encourage anyone else to go see them.

They are very professional in how they run there business and how they treat their customers. They are honest and upfront with you. They explain thing's in detail. I do all the minor stuff on my diesel truck and trust them in doing all the major things. For a Christian company they treat there customers the way that I feel Christ would treat them.

Recently had a wonderful first time experience working with the professionals at Heritage Auto. Took my car in for a simple oil change, and as they did their inspection, they notice some things that needed further attention. They were wonderful to work with as they made sure I understood all the options for taking care of the issues. Very polite and know their stuff. Just from the phone call to schedule an appointment gave good vibes. They were professional and helpful. Their system that notifies you of what they did works great! Answered questions, patient with the questions since i didnt know why. Everything they said was as they said. So far so good. Definitely a company to call and truly consider for future stuff!
