Excellent customer service from Elise and Marco! Our Lexis appeared to be undrivable but Marco and his team diagnosed the problem and made a quick fix so we could drive it with-in 30 minutes of our appointment. Marco then provided a detailed quote with photos for a future repair date. Thanks for your knowledge, reasonable pricing and for being so thorough. I would recommend Heppner's at the Commons location near Lifetime in Woodbury. Outstanding service.

They went above and beyond to fix my car and they updated me often about what was going on with it. They do great work there. They are very kind and patient. My car was practically new when they were done with it. The car is over 10 years old and it was a mess when I brought it in. My insurance had even declared it a total loss but they fixed it. Thank you so much Heppner's your company is wonderful!

These guys helped me out BIG time when I stopped in unannounced needing help getting the hood of my vehicle to close. I needed to drive 5 hours home and they happily stopped everything they were doing and made sure they were able to get it closed so I could return home safely. All in 15 minutes too! My car had a very large door ding. The car is brand new so I wanted to get it fixed. I took the car to Heppners and they took a look at it. The guy said it looks like the person actually hit my car twice and that he would be able to fix most of it but there might be a little part that didn't look quite perfect because he wasn't gonna take the whole door apart unless I wanted to but that that would be really expensive.

I left the car for the repair and when I came to pick it up I was told that it cant be perfectly fixed unless the beam inside the door is reshaped which is a much bigger repair. As such they did not charge me a dime and although the ding is not perfect its pretty darn close! So nice and amazing that they did not charge anything! Even washed it. Will always go here.

Everyone knows the quality of work at Heppner's is the best in the whole Midwest. But the staff there, specifically Marilyn! She was so kind on the phone when I first called them. But she is also VERY professional and knowledgeable at what she does! Also Joe, he was calling me throughout the the whole process giving me updates insuring me my vehicle is going to be looking A1!

And also giving me updates on when it's going to be done. And when I got the car back just 4 days later, it looked better then before I bought the vehicle! I was worried a little bit because the paint on my Infiniti is a malbec black so it's basically a super dark metallic purple. And they got it spot on! Also they are Nissan and Infiniti Certified! But do just as good of work on any brand!

They did a great job removing a huge dent from my bumper cover. They did it quickly and had impressive results. They were cheaper than all their competitors, too. I would recommend them.

The body work that heppners did was awesome my car looked brand new. My car is a very unique color and they matched it perfectly. All the staff is polite, professional, understanding, honest and helpful. They kept updating me on the repairs as well. I never had issues with them and strongly suggest them.

I just want to state how absolutely disappointed I was in the estimate and service I received on 11/6 in Woodbury. I understand that you're trying to make money off of insurance companies but what was done was absolutely uncalled for. I came in with a shaky car due to hitting the curb, my father-in-law who is a mechanic said that there were no issues with the car except the tire balance.

He didn't have the time to fix my car so after reading several great reviews I brought it into Heppner's to get looked at and fixed. Marco took pictures of my car, didn't actually lift the car up and inspect it, gave me an estimate of $1,700 and basically said that my car is full of problems. So many problems that it's shocking I was even able to drive it to the shop.

This was a prime example of taking advantage of a woman that doesn't know about cars. I went to another mechanic after and they said the only problem is the alignment and the balance of the tire. That nothing else is wrecked, missing or needs to be replaced. It was such a simple issue to fix. I showed the mechanic what I was estimated for and he laughed and said that Heppner's was totally trying to rip me off.

I also showed my brother-in-law, who is a mechanic what I was estimated for and he said the same thing. I had 3 mechanics confirm the exact problem and all three confirmed that Marco was just taking advantage of me. I'm sure Heppner's is a great place, but Marco is the perfect example of why women hate going into auto shops, because they get taken advantage of. My car ended up costing $25 to get fixed. I hope you evaluate Marco's job performance and see the wrong in this.

This place is a joke. It's unfortunate that this place has such great reviews, yet it appears they just want to make a quick buck. Brought my car in because my tire balance was off. Before taking it in to get my estimate, I confirmed that that was the issue. Yet when I take it in, the mechanic Marco comes to tell me that I need to get way more work done, include replacing my ball joints?

Up charges me, then gets upset when I have my husband call in to ask where he came up with this estimate. He tells my husband this is not his issue, not his car and to not call him regarding my cars issues. Clearly Marco you either don't know what you're doing or take pleasure into attempting to scam me since "I don't know what I'm talking about".
