To make matters worse, small, high output engines are extremely sensitive to deposits that build up on fuel injectors, intake ports, on intake valves and in combustion chambers.

This is the second car I purchase from Steve. I trusted him to come again, and send my whole family to him. 4 cars in total we purchased from Him. however, this time was much different. My credit score is better and I make more money than I did two years ago and for $30 more a month I received an older car than from where I came from. They insisted I get transmission warranty and here I am in need of a new transmission, I purchased my car 4/29/22 and it's 6/24/22and I am stranded with a burnt out transmission on the side of a Bronx road with my children.

I am so confused and deeply hurt by this purchase. I literally hug and kiss my car salesman for him to have sold me a dud after so much business I've sent his way is so disheartening. 930pm in the Bronx waiting for a tow truck is so unsafe and it's thanks to healey. The vehicle will be dropped in the lot asap!

This place is the go to for mini trucks, Todd is your man! He's very knowledgeable and loves these trucks just as much as the buyers that come there, wouldn't go anywhere else. Even after you buy it he will help you with anything that has to do with the trucks

Terrible customer service in the Service department. I bought the used vehicle from them. Every time there's something I need, I'm told they don't fix it. I made an appointment for an oil change 10 days ago. I'm told at the appointment they don't have the oil filter! I mean correct me if I'm wrong. They had TEN days to get the filter. Passive aggressive when speaking to me.

No thank you. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere when it's time to purchase a different car. If you don't want to service off brands then don't sell them. I was told at time of purchase that I would always be able to get the vehicle serviced there. They'll tell you anything to get a sale. Thanks for wasting my time on a Saturday morning and still no oil change. Great job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people sold me a LEMON. I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED. the whole bottom of the car they gave (2012 keep compass) was rusted, and many other issues. they passed the inspection knowing it obviously was a danger. when I approached them about it they thought I was lying. When they saw the damage they offered to fix the car but when I got it back almost a month later and they did the bare minimum. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

I had a recall on my new Lincoln Corsair. When I called to schedule fixing the recall they couldn't have been nicer. From the moment it was scheduled up to the time it was fixed and brought back to me I was informed every step of the way. They informed me that since it was scheduled to be serviced shortly that they would take care of that as well. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure and I highly recommend them.

I *LOVE* my Ford cars. I've purchased two and leased one from Healey in the last six years. The buying experience was great- had a great salesman, got a good deal and was generally very happy. However, terrible dealer service will prevent me from ever buying another Ford or Healey vehicle. Healey Ford's service department says they guarantee their work, but they do not.

This summer, I brought my car in for repair. Picked it up, it wasn't fixed, and I had to bring it back again. Shortly after I picked it up the second time, the debris shield fell off while I was driving at speed. It was a *very* scary experience. I brought the car back to Healey but they said they weren't responsible for it. It's over $450 for a new one. Then, I brought my car in for an electrical problem.

They identified the source of the problem, but curiously only repaired the wiring associated with the problem, and not the problem itself. Not 48 hours after I picked up the 'repaired' car, it failed again. Now, Healey wants another $600 to repair it again, but won't refund the $500 already paid. If they "guarantee" their work, should I not be refunded for the repair that failed, or have it fixed gratis?

If they 'guarantee' their work, why am I paying for a second repair in two weeks? I am so very disappointed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service department to anyone. Update: Healey called after I posted this review, however, all they did was try to convince me they were right. There was no offer to refund the failed repair, just an offer to "really" fix it this time.

I have never worked with a repair shop that didn't stand by their work before, and this entire situation is incredibly disappointing. I will never purchase another car from Healey again, and it is 100% because of the repeatedly poor experiences I've had with the service department.

Wow, where do I begin?! I bought my first car from Healey Brothers and they made the process so easy and stress free. The staff was so nice and accommodating and helped me with any question or issues I had as a first time buyer. I would recommend buying from them! It was a 10/10 experience, from their customer service to their dealership environment I am very happy with my new car!

I was even fortunate enough to meet one of the brothers who was an absolute professional who showed incredible product knowledge and EXCELLENT customer service! 10/10 would recommend.

My wife's car had a little issue, took it to Healy Ford thinking it would be a quick fix. let me tell you, it's been over 10 days and they still have her car. The service manager Lincoln is the absolute worst. Zero communication, I've called the guy at varying hours and he never answers and when he finally did he said car should be checked out by the end of the day. that was a week ago. What is going on?

I am truly not one to post and complain but i work very hard for my money. I bought a 2013 ford f150 from the healey Chevy in New Hampton ny. I have owned the truck for three months and I have made 3 payments [OVER $500.00 a month], but there has been so many issues with the truck that I have only personally drove my new truck for only 3 WEEKS. I am demanding some sort of compensation for my all of my troubles. Healey Chevy informed me that "the truck was looked over by there mechanics and was ready to sell".

Do not buy from healey! There has been nothing but problems. They just keep making up excuse after excuse. I love the truck and its upsetting to see a dealership ran this way.

Absolute worst PARTS department I've ever dealt with. Purchased parts to have work done and they left out essential pieces. Had to drive 30 miles back again and all I got was a sorry. asked for parts mgr and he had conviently left for the day. As I complained, 3 grown men stood there staring at me and had absolutely nothing to say. Not smart for a business upset customers that are in the market for a brand new escape. I will be purchasing elsewhere. hope that extra $28 I was charged for their error and my inconvenience was worth it for them. On a side note the receptionist was lovely.

Terrible service department! I've had an ongoing vibration issue that they cannot find the fix for. I've had my car here about 4 different times for the same issue and they just throw parts or claim they cannot duplicate it. I had to call Lincoln corporate and open a case. I'm now taking my car to a different dealer. Also communication is terrible here with the service advisors. They don't always answer or call back with updates. I will never return to this dealership.

Healey Brothers run their business unethically. They sold my son a car but wouldn't take a deposit and said to come back in the morning to fill out paperwork and pick up the car at the same time. We needed my husband's signature to transfer registration to the new car. They assured my son the car was his and would be ready in the morning for pick up.

We even called and said my husband was able to come tonight and the salesman said it wasn't needed that coming in the morning was fine. Then they sold the car for more money.after officially closed for the night! My son is going to college and joined the National Guard - I taught him to always do the right thing.this is how Healey Brothers treat people? Especially those chosing to serve our country

This place uses classic Bait And Switch tactics. I received a notice offering me to trade in my 2017 Ford Fiesta for a brand new 2019 version of the same car for only approx $30 more a year. I called and spoke to a salesman ( at least he said he was ) and he said yes it was legit. I mentioned about the balance on my loan and he said that's all figured in.

So how could I refuse. Well when I got there the salesman told me he didn't know how they could offer that since they have not had any of those models in their location for months! Then he offered to sell me a 2017 used car for that price. I told him I already owned a used car! Then he said he had nothing except a Mitsubishi but it would be more.

I told him what I was told and he said I didn't speak to a salesman that the call is routed somewhere else. So I said so basically what you're telling me this was just a Bait and Switch scam. He said nothing. I will never buy a Healy Brother car ever again. I drove thirty five miles for no reason. Give your money to any other dealer who hopefully has better sales tactics.

These people are so far behind the times and all of the "Have a great day at Healey Brothers" should be left to Jeff Lewis and Co! Unfortunately, this dealer doesn't know how to sell a car to an out of state buyer - it must be the only dealer in the country that would ask a buyer to fly 2500 miles to purchase a used car. They were also rude about it, which was really heady and certainly wouldn't make me want to buy anything from them. Fix YOUR problems and move into at least the last century?

Terrible experience. Senior parents needed a new car and wanted a Ford dealership near Middletown, NY. Felt like they were absolutely trying to take advantage of older patrons. Thank goodness we went with them. The salesman was nice enough but the woman who was the sales manager was rude and dismissive. Never have we been so disrespected when purchasing a car.and I suspect that is saying something. 30 cars of same style on lot and they wouldn't budge on price at all even though purchase averages in area were much lower. Drove 15 miles away to Warwick Ford dealership and got a great deal with great staff. Do not go to Healy unless you want to be belittled and disrespected.

They refused to replace a stripped and broken lug nuts (that they broke during a basic tire rotation) and told me I have to go to an auto parts store and buy them because that's a result of wear and tear. WEAR AND TEAR. Of all freaking things. That will be the LAST time I use their service dept. Absolutely garbage.

The worst service division I have ever dealt with. My sunroof broke and because it's warranty work it keeps getting pushed off. I was told it's a 7 hour job and would be finished in one day. Well the first time I dropped off truck they had it for four days with nothing being done and now the second time I have a scheduled one day fix it's been three days.

Story number one- the guy that was helping you doesn't work here anymore. Story number two- two of our technicians got hurt Story number three- we overbooked Story number four- A part broke and we are overnighting a new one. And no one ever calls back to update the customer. 9 total days for what I was told would be a seven hour job.

Posted a few years ago about my purchase here, and once again I have made another purchase. I got a 2018 Ford Escape for an unbeatable price, with the best deals I could have ever imagined. I do not honestly believe I could get a better deal anywhere else as easy as I did here. I would definitely recommend them again and again and again.

Last year I decided to buy a Ford Edge for my wife at this dealer. So this year I decided to upgrade my truck and Went back thinking that I would be treated the same way. Unfortunately I was wrong. After making a deal with my salesman on the new truck which was with a 1500.00 incentive from Ford at there closing office were they try to sell you everything from waxing your new car to a extended warranties with a lot of fast talking they added back the 1500.00 incentive which changed the selling price.

I thought this was very underhanded. And called two times trying to solve the problem. I have recommended friends to this dealer and also bought two cars from them never got any kind of call back. I noticed the sales person I worked with in the past was no longer working they said she retired. Now that there are new people in the sales department it looks like things have changed. BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY FROM HEALEY MAKE SURE YOU LOOK OVER YOUR PAPER WORK VERY CAREFULLY. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO BUY ANY NEW CARS FROM HEALEY.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They lock you in with promises of rebates and receiving give-backs in the mail after the sale but we are yet to receive any. Their employees also write there own positive reviews and post them to Yelp so be very weary.

I wrote a previous review on Healey, and due to some unfortunate business involving some problems with a truck I bought from them, and the ensuing overly lengthy repair process, it was considerably less than glowing. I called into question their customer service, their integrity, and their overall business model. Shortly after it was posted, one of the owners himself called me, and made it clear that he cared a great deal about doing right by the customer.

He then proceeded to go above and beyond to ensure that the situation was made right. Big thanks to John for everything you did. You're a solid dude, and your team did a great job. Faith in humanity restored.

I'm always satisfied with their level of customer service. One the phone, via email, and in person. You can tell that they appreciate the customers and value the time and money they spend on their vehicles and maintenance. Wait time is often kept to a minimum. But if you have a longer wait time there's wifi and two desk tops and a tv for your amusement.

On 4/24/17, I purchased a pre-owned Ford F-150 pickup truck from Healey Brothers. The vehicle was in terrific condition, I got a good trade in value for my old car, and I was able to negotiate a "few extras." What's sets this dealership apart from most others is the staff; my salesman Angel was polite, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The sales manager Gil put the icing on the cake & made certain the sale went as smoothly as possible. Gil always answered my calls immediately or called me right back.

The finance manager "MJ" is a bit nervous/high strung but smart & did his part to make the buying process a success. I will be back for my next Ford purchase & will recommend my friends to shop at Healey Brothers!
