Harvey's Paint & Body

I am not from around Dallas, so I asked a few friends from the area for a good body shop after my car got dinged up-they recommend Harvey's and another place. I chose Harvey's, scheduled a same day appointment, and met with Daniel in the front office. He took great care and they had my car looking brand new within a couple weeks. Daniel specifically did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process-sending me texts every couple of days to let me know what was going on and how much longer I should expect to wait.

He got in contact with my insurance adjuster directly, so once I dropped my car off, I didn't have to do any work. Overall a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend Harvey's.

BEST PLACE EVER! I seriously cannot stress how awesome this paint and body shop is. They always answer phone calls and have the friendliest employees. They even gifted me a YETI cup dipped in the same color paint as my car as a "thank you" gift! They also washed my car for me before I picked it up. If you ever need body work done, Harvey's is the place to go!

Outstanding family owned body shop. I brought my daughter's Audi Q5 for repairs and I was very impressed with the quality of the service and how well organized and clean the shop was. The team working in this shop is first class. Daniel who received the car and organized the repairs was very ethical, very clear with his explanations and very timely with the completion of the work. Outstanding business. I came in with my BMW 320i and unfortunately it had a "lazy eye" due to the right, front side of the car being damaged. I had Adolfo help me through the whole process in a timely manner. I received updates all the way through until my car was all fixed up. It looks better then it's ever been before! I have used Harvey's three times in the last 2 years. They are the most friendly family run collision shop in Texas. I have priced compared them with others and they are always the best price. They even offered to come pick me up when my car was ready. When your insurance company recommends a shop in Dallas you should ask if you can use Harvey's; they are already in the insurance companies system.

Adolfo was great and walked with us step by step from the quotation until the car was repaired and returned. Staff was always warm when I called and Adolfo kept me updated via text during the entire process. Even though my insurance company does not recognize Harvey's as a "preferred" vendor, they have become my first choice for any repair work on my vehicles. Quality all around!
