It all starts with a phone call to Josh to schedule an appointment. Josh is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He keeps you up to date on diagnostic test results and tells you repair costs for your approval. They are very accommodating for leaving your vehicle or waiting for service. I highly recommend Harland Automotive for all of your vehicle service needs.

As a woman, I do not recommend Harlan automotive. This shop will belittle you as soon as you walk through the door explaining the issue with your vehicle and then charge you an overpriced amount for a part that can only be purchased used. With my experience, I had a thumping sound coming from the back of my car and they proceeded to ask if my music was up too loud.

This company is rude, belittling, and disrespectful to women just like most mechanic shops and they try to charge an arm and a leg. If you want a great mechanic I would recommend Chris over at After Hours Auto.

This place was suggested to me by a co-worker and her praise was enough for me to give them a shot. And although her praise was enough to peak my interest the experience far exceeded my expectations. My appointment started on time, the woman at the desk was so pleasant and welcoming, the service only took about a half hour, and they even gave my card a REPORT!

Before I even left the building I received a "report card" on my phone! The "report card" grades your car's health. It's incredibly helpful and it was thoroughly explained by the woman at the desk. I can't speak highly enough about this place. I got my oil change yesterday and I've already told no less than 10 people about my experience! 10 out of 10! This place will definitely be my regular service spot!

My wheelchair lift equipped van, Toyota Sienna had a problem with the lift system. Several places were unwilling to work with the van manufacturer on the needed repair but this company was very willing and able. I appreciate them so much and will use them for all service from now on!

Harlan's treated me professionally and respectfully for every aspect of my visit. They worked me in quickly, gave me a ride home, and we're very thorough. Mike, Angela, and the technician were all great! And the best part: the work was deemed to be under warranty - even though there was no conclusive evidence that it was their mistake! There just aren't many businesses that will take the customer's side anymore and my wife and I are so glad we chose Harlan's!

I was going on a trip to Michigan and was afraid to drive my car because of some issues. I went to Harlan and they treated me great. They inspected my entire vehicle for free! They actually saved me money because the prior estimate I had to fix my vehicle was wayy more expensive and they assured me that my vehicle was safe to drive on my vacation The lady in the office is great! She explained everything to me in depth and was very kind and comforting.

One thing I really appreciate about Harlan Automotive is how hard they try to be accurate with their scheduling. Some shops over promise how soon they can start on your vehicle, but not Mike. Their mechanics do a great job as well! Accolades to the Harlan Automotive team! Service: Engine repair

Mr. Harlan went above and beyond for my car! It got towed in and without even driving it he new exactly what was wrong. My transmission had went out and because of a part shortage it took 4 months to get my car back. But while it was in the shop they changed out my inner tie rods and my CV axle because they were bad. He also looked at my remote start to my car while I was there. They kept me informed the whole time and every time something came up they let me know. I would definitely recommend using them for any kind of mechanic service

We are new to Kentucky and needed a mechanic to repair our brakes. We went to Harlan automotive and were impressed to see they were a NAPA center which we know is a well trusted brand. They gave us an estimate and then preformed the repairs in a timely manner and at the price they estimated. They have a clean waiting room and a friendly professional staff.

We will return for any more repairs we may have. We really liked the text messages keeping us informed of our progress. They are reasonably priced. The made us aware of a potential problem with the truck and to keep and eye on it but didn't try to up sell us which is refreshing. Thanks for taking care of us.

I've been going to Harlan for several years now and they've always taken good care of me. I never worry about being taken advantage of, and they do a wonderful job describing to me what's going on with my car in a way I can understand. They go above and beyond! I have a 13yr old Hummer H3 that I want to keep forever. Harlan has kept her running with no major issues this whole time. I wouldn't take her to anyone else. Harlan is always professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable. There was one minor issue with a trim piece that they took the time to research for the best possible/cheapest solution.

Over all nice people but over priced. I was traveling through and asked my home mechanic and was told: They charge too much per hour. The amount of hours charged were too many. Also they did not disclose full high priced diagnostic fees upfront. I was told my vehicle would be done Fri afternoon and was not until Monday afternoon. But my a/c is blowing cold now though so I assume they did a good repair.

Carte blanche is presumed by this business. By leaving your car and keys with them, you're writing them a blank check. You BETTER have a written price commitment from them in advance, but I'm betting they won't give you one. In my most recent visit, I simply asked how much it will cost to replace all four struts on my car. They refused to give me a. price without looking at my car first, alluding that they needed to ensure the right parts were obtained, so I left the car with them.

They called me and told me that the parts are unavailable, and stated furthermore, that the struts don't need to be replaced. I don't know who they rely on exclusively for parts, but there are many aftermarket.

Life savers, my daughters and 3 grandchildren stranded an hour from home Harlan to the rescue and got them home safely God bless

Be honest and not give false narratives of repairs needed or done to get profits! And the warranty is no more than a guarantee that it won't be fixed the first time and more will be needed! Steer clear of this con shop!

Took my 2009 Camry in for a pretty heavy vibration in the front end at highway speeds. Picked it back up and the vibration was gone! I'd recommend them to anybody!

The estimate and list of things to be repaired was outrageous. When we told them we would have to go somewhere else, we were told there would be a $67 charge for “looking” at the brakes as well as shop and hazmat fees.

This was not disclosed upfront to my daughter. When I called and asked for a copy of the diagnostic fee disclosure, the owner rudely stated that there was no disclosure, but that a sign was posted in the shop. Furthermore, when she took the car to another shop, the other items that Harlan said needed to be repaired were unfounded. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere!

I needed a transmission and water pump, also my ac was not working. I called Mike Harlan on Wednesday and by Friday of the same week he had my truck completely fixed and he had me back on the road. Excellent service and quick turn around. He even had a loaner car for me so I could get back and forth to work while my truck was in his shop. Great experience as always. I would recommend Harlan automotive to anyone.

I’ve had Mike and his crew work on multiple vehicles and they stand behind what they do.I couldn’t got my AC fixed at a better time and it means so much I just wanted to thank Harlan automotive for their dedication to keeping people satisfied!

Not only is everyone there GREAT, but they will do whatever they can to help you out!! The service is EXCELLENT, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!!!!

They were very nice and great to deal with. My son's key fob quit working and after replacing the battery, it still wouldn't work so I ordered a new one off Amazon. The car is 12 years old so I figured the original fob was worn out. When I received my new fob from Amazon, it said I would have to take it to a dealer or automotive locksmith to have it programmed.

Of course the dealer didn't want to program my "after-market" key fob, they wanted to sell me one of their own. This would have cost me 3 times more. I googled automotive locksmiths and Harlan Automotive was listed. I called them and they could get me in the next day. I took my son's car in and not only were they able to program the new key fob, they also got his original one to work as well! I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again if we need any more automotive work done!!
