Fantastic customer service from start to finish and a super fast turn around time in both getting my vehicle in and repaired! I called quite a few places in the metro and Haas was a standout within a minute on the phone just trying to get my vehicle in somewhere. Pat called regularly with updates and even remembered that my family needed my Jeep to make a trip to the lake this weekend when I went in to pick it up.

The service and quality in repair were both very much appreciated and, in all truth, my Jeep looks better post accident and repair here than it did the day I bought it. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Haas did a fantastic job on my car's body repair. My car looks like new. This is the second car Haas has worked on and both times, the result was beyond excellent. If your car has been stolen and recovered, call Haas before you pick it up at the impound lot. They handled every detail for us and educated us on the dangers of driving a recovered car (needles, meth, etc.). It was a complete concierge service from beginning to end handling all the details with insurance, estimates and all the steps we needed to take.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly as can be and not afraid to tell you the hard truths about the car industry. They are great advisors. Our vehicle was totaled so I can't speak to the repair work, but my guess is that they are top notch at everything they do. I would not hesitate to give them a call. The owner often picks up the phone and is on the spot.

Trustworthy place! Had some work done them went back after some detail peice broke off with some ice. He fixed it for free. Pat knew to Nissan and Nissan decided to warranty it. Most places wouldn't have told you about that and still took your money. I would recommend!

Our son who is attending school nearby just took the car he is driving to this facility to have the headlights polished (many years of UV deterioration). Simply put, this shop treated him VERY kindly and professionally. We live in the metro, but not near this shop. Based on the way he was treated, I will certainly consider bringing our next car in need of auto-body service to this location. Thanks guys!

I am consistently impressed with the customer service that comes with the quality repairs these folks have done to keep my vehicle in top shape. I no longer live nearby, and Pat came and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off, repaired, the same day. Pat hunted down warrantied used parts. I trust these folks! Thanks again for your work.

We brought our 1987 Jaguar XJ6 to these guys after a referral from St Paul Automotive. Patrick and Paul both went way above and beyond for us. They dilligently searched for parts over a period of several months until they found the quality they were looking for and redid the entire body at a very reasonable cost. Our car was totalled from being broadsided by another car and forced into the rail, but these guys brought it back looking like new.

We were thrilled. And they stuck to the original estimate that we were given as well! I will never take my auto body work to anyone else as long as they are in business. These guys are the best! Check out the photos of our Jag! :

I was referred to Haas Collision after I had my first accident in 12 years. My new Subaru with under 1000 miles did not fair well after I crunched and scraped the entire right side. My contact was Pat. I couldn't have been treated more respectfully. He made the insurance process the easiest ever and volunteered to help me with all the steps required along the way. Being a single female senior citizen I have never felt so safe and comfortable with my decision. And by the way. my car came out PERFECT!

Just wanted to make sure I give praises to businesses that deserve it. Best price out of the 3 estimates I have gotten. Felt really great dealing with Patrick from the start. He was professional and yet friendly and you can tell by just talking and dealing with him that he is honest. We were pleasantly pleased when we picked up the car. Our 2018 Honda looked good as new out of the dealer lot.
