I wish it was possible to give a negative number for this piece of work. So very unprofessional in so many ways. I only have one thing to say."if you decide to use H & R take as many pictures of your vehicle before you take it to take to this fine gentleman. Im joking about the fine gentleman. You are going to need them". My vehicle came back with so much damage it was unbelievable. Called to talk him about it.all he did was yell. telling me "to prove it was him" Please, please go somewhere else. I feel sorry for his son.

Absolutely SLOPPY work from this business with zero accountability for their poor workmanship. I took my car to get repairs on the front bumper and side fender after a minor accident. The two times I went alone to get a quote, the quotes and the type of work that were to be done were both different. The 3rd time I brought the car in with my partner the quote was again, different because there was someone who was aware of car and bodywork and was asking questions like "why are we being charged the same for less work?".Extremely inconsistent in the pricing/work that is promised.
We seemed to have figured it out and I was promised a "good as new" re-painted white bumper and as per the Google reviews and a Google write up from the business, I expected "same quality service at a fraction of the price"-(from the company's Google write up). For timing reasons, we ended up picking up the car in the evening with poor lighting to assess the work (our mistake because I would never have paid the price we negotiated on if I saw the work initially).
We promptly took the car back the next day as there was issues with everything. -The fender had a visible paint run-not quality work- to which Rick stated "it's standard in the industry to have paint runs" -There was white overspray on the front grille (which is black) as well as the tail lights. -The bottom portion of the bumper & lip was not even fully painted white and you can still see black paint. -The car windows were all covered in what seemed like clear overspray-to which Rick expressed it was "tree sap from the trees outside his house" even though on their website, it clearly states that they will ".give the vehicle a final clean before returning it to you".they didn't and they made up excuses for it.
The lack of accountability for this poor sloppy work when we took the car back was unbelievable. For every issue we pointed out to Rick, he had excuses like "well most of my customers are ok with "okay" work and not prefect work" and "what threw me off was you telling me you liked your black bumped"-Rick took my statement about the convenience of having a tidy black bumper as an assumption that we would be okay with sloppy work.
We were NEVER informed of the fact that if we didn't pay the extra fee to overhaul the bumper to paint it, that it would result in overspray all over the car and, the bottom portion of the bumper not being fully painted due to Ricks paint gun "not being able to reach all the way around". On the company's website, it clearly states that they "use specially designed paint guns to spray the highest quality paint.ensuring you won't see a color difference".
We spent an hour listening to excuses for the sloppy work that was done and in the end, the solution presented by Rick was us paying him more money to overhaul the bumper and repainting it & him "fixing everything you (we) don't like". I would absolutely never trust my car to this company again for any service based on the work that was done, but also the lack of accountability for their short comings & leading us astray with promises from Rick himself as well as his website for "same quality work at a fraction of the price" which ended up being a sloppy poor workmanship result.

I called around for quotes on fixing the rust on my old truck. Everywhere I called quoted me way more than the truck is worth, and their plans were to basically rebuild the entire body with new parts. My mom found H&R on the web and noticed they had lots of very good reviews; in fact all 5 star reviews. My dad and I brought the truck by H&R and Rick took a look and gave us some very good advice regarding the repairs. "Don't sink too much money into an old truck." Rick explained what the minimum and necessary work would be and quoted a very reasonable price and timeline. The work was done very well and delivered on time. Rick was very good to work with and I am very happy with the results.

I had a frustrating rust area on my ten year old car that no other body shop would even consider without spending upward of $3,000.00! I contacted Rick at H & R and my problem was solved quickly, professionally and affordably. Rick took time to explain all the challenges with localized rust damage and his technique in remediation. I had white colour on 2008 GSXR1000. I wanted something different and decided to go Red. Rick made it possible in short period of time. He did an awesome job. Love my bike than I ever did. 5 Stars from my side. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their Motorcycle painted. Again Thanks Rick for an awesome job.

Rick and his team did an unbelievably great job restoring my bumper, fender, and fixing some rust elsewhere on the vehicle. Super high quality paint work, it is almost indistinguishable from the rest of my paint. The best part was they did it all for less than I was quoted elsewhere, and sooner. Everything was done in about a day, and Rick drove me to the station to get to work. Highly recommend them!

I just had Rick repair body work on my trunk that I had done for years ago that had failed. There was two large rust spots that appeared beside the license plate that he fixed for me. His price was excellent. He had done the job very quickly. And the work was impeccable. I will definitely go back to him anytime I need body work done. Thank you Rick
