Took my 'new to me' Ford Raptor there for an oil change/tire rotation and general inspection. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and walked me through some general concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. They're true professionals and I love their notification system and how organized everything is. Will be going back as well as recommending them to family members and friends.

Wanted to update this review to add further accolades! The team there is sooo great. They are truly the definition of what a small business with the the customer as the focal point, should be. How often do you have someone from and auto service company hand deliver a "thank you just being a customer" gift to your home. It's a little thing, but also a big thing, that is missing from today's companies and business that we all use.and has been for decades.

After going to a different local mechanic for years only to find that they have been dishonest and performing unnecessary work, I was referred to HM by a family friend. Needless to say I have been blown away by their professionalism, honesty and friendliness. You walk in there and you just feel at ease with their friendly staff. After a couple experiences with them I have permanently moved my cars to HM for any and all service.

They are honest with concerns and give you a detailed explanation of what may be needed or if it something that may be of future concern and how much it will cost with a reasonable price instead of saying it needs to be handled right away and then over charging you for the service compared to my experiences elsewhere. I truly do appreciate the service, knowledge, and friendliness of HM!

I brought my car to HW Motor Works for inspection. The shop was clean and very efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Jason was super friendly and he's enthusiastic in answering my questions. I'd definitely bring my car back if it needs service. Btw, two side benefits of bringing your car here: 1. Most likely you'll catch a glimpse of some rare cars- I caught a Lamborghini. 2. The shop is in a quiet closed loop with gentle incline/decline- you can stroll around while you wait for your car.

My alternator died on my C300. Jason had me drop off the car same day and it was fixed very quickly. They do great work and very pleasant to work with. I also had them change my oil out as well as some diagnostic work and a quick inspection of the car Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went to HM motors after the JEEP dealerships in Nashua, NH quoted me almost $4,000 for one headlight change, fix the steering that was leaking fluid and the front brakes and rotors. I declined and went to HM motors. They looked over my car and gave me a quote of $1000.00 to fix the steering and front brakes. We decided to change out the tires and alignment because It was going to be due soon. Overall it cost roughly $1800.00. $2200 less than JEEP and that's with new tires! I highly recommend them. I'll be back for my inspection :

I have been going to H&M for almost twenty years. Mark is a great guy and has always done great work on all of my cars. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He's really good at explaining what he needs to do so you can understand what's happening. I was referred to him by a friend and I haven't gone anywhere else since.

Best mechanic in town. Mark is honest and helpful. No BS, gets work done fast and at a fair price, you never have to worry. Would highly recommend to anyone especially ladies. Doesn't talk down or take advantage. Great guy, great shop, two thumbs up!

Best shop in the valley. Family owned business and have been going to them for nearly 20 years. Have taken both my Honda and BMW for servicing. Mark always goes above and beyond, checking out the vehicle even for potential future problems. Have recommended him to others. Very honest and reasonable.

Mark is the best! We have been going to him for years. It's like a 180 from taking your car to a dealer/Cobblestone. He is fair and never tried to scam you into doing unnecessary work on your car just to be able to charge you more. He is flexible, trustworthy, and all around great guy. He always knows what's wrong and fixes everything! There is no better mechanic around.
