Since purchasing my new Telluride I have been extremely pleased with everyone at Rick Case Kia in Duluth. It started with my salesman, Stephen Rogers almost 1 year ago. Today I had my first service appointment and was assisted by Shane Hall. He was just like Stephen. Courteous, Friendly, Polite and very helpful! I had no wait, they provided a shuttle service for my ride home.

Thank you to our Salesman Stephen Rogers for making our car shopping experience one to remember. He got my wife and I, into the cars we wanted and looked out for our best interest. He related to our needs and did not push us into anything we didn't want. Thank you to Andrew for making our financing experience quick and easy as well. Shane Hall provided exceptional customer service today. I stopped by the get service records of my vehicle. I appreciate Shane taking the time to print each service report, which was very tedious because there wasn't a way to print a complete record. Unfortunately, the system only allowed him to print out each individual service. Shane was courteous, and provided a smile with service! Thanks again for all your help. I just moved about almost 2 months ago. I went in on a whim. I had previously tried another dealership and they were terrible service! Daniel helped through the whole process, even getting insruance! It's my first NEW CAR. which I never thought I could get. I was so anxious through it. It was pretty quick for it being my first time buying a car. They cleaned the car inside out and filled up my tank. Pretty cool. I'm so happy with my 2022 KIA Rio! I'm in awe. definitely recommend!

Working with David was a breeze and I didn't feel the traditional sales pressure. Both me and my wife went with an intention of test driving a car and ended up buying the same day thanks to good vehicle inventory and competitive pricing. Though financing and paperwork can be improved upon but all in all an excellent experience

After a rocky start, I had a very good experience at this dealership, thanks to Stephen Rogers. Stephen was super friendly and helpful and made everything easy. He even delivered my new Stinger to my house to save me another trip to the dealership. And today, a week after I bought the car, he spent time helping me understand all the technology and get everything set up right.
