Overall repairs on our 2019 pilot where done well(didn't replace scratched parts of chrome/but its minor) and customer service was great. Except when I had found a door ding on my wife's car on return. I called immediately and was greeted with a pleasent conversation that we could get this resolved one way or another(wasnt worried about paying for the fix, but its worth asking to have them fix it, since they had it and we could compare pictures but more over getting it resolved).

I'm familiar with taking pictures before and after repairs and comparing them when you find discrepancies, as ive had issues with places in vancouver that repair our companies vehicles. I was pretty disappointed the way the gentleman that came to help us was dismissive and told me he was too busy to even look at the pictures or anything like that.

I can understand that as a company like this, they would need to mitigate time loss. But to not offering help setting an appointment, or a repairmans phone number for us to fix the damage and walking away dismissively wasn't the decorum I was expecting. As he was walking away I reminded him that we also needed a quote(for insurance, on other damage) and he told us a number it cost to fix it, but didn't offer a physical quote for insurance or even an appointment to get it fixed.

I know everyone in your field is busy right now, but being disingenuous to recent customers costs businesses. We needed a person in your field to help us, not treat us like as a waist of time.

This auto body shop is absolutely the best I've seen in many years! They are very easy to work with and do an Excellent job every time, and I have used this shop multiple times, and because of their excellent work, I would definitely recommend them to anyone! GT went above and beyond to fix my car for me and provided excellent customer service. They fixed the damage from my car being hit and it looks brand new. They are well worth the wait for the quality repairs they do! I have used this shop 3 times now for auto body repairs and every time I am shocked by how great the process is. Dealing with insurance and the rental car is always smooth, I have had such wonderful experiences here, I highly recommend this shop.

I had such an amazing experience with GT Collision. I was able to get my car fixed in a timely manner and they did a wonderful job. I went to go pick my vehicle up and it looked completely different. You would have never guessed that my car was ever in an accident. I'm always recommending them to others because they really do the best work! I will definitely be using them in the future for any repairs!

I had a great experience dealing with GT. They handled pretty much everything with insurance and made sure everything went smoothly even after a large discrepancy between the insurance quote and their own. The work done was flawless and the truck came back completely detailed. I have nothing but good things to say about the group I dealt with.

GT has handled to collisions for my Kia Sportage and been absolutely amazing both times. They go above and beyond handling all of the insurance details down to arranging a rental for me. I even kicked my car up to find they'd detailed it inside and out and put gas in my tank. I can't say enough about them! Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do need body work done again there's no one else I'll use.

Tate, Ian and Amy Were very professional and helpful when looking to fix my vehicle. Recently had backed into a tree and had damage done to the rear bumper. They helped walk us through the claims process with Geico, getting us a vehicle from Enterprise and taking care of my vehicle while it was in their hands. They were fast, courteous, professional and I honestly couldn't be happier.

All they did was work on the rear end of the vehicle yet, took the time to detail the entire vehicle inside and out. Thank you for everything you guys did! Highly recommend you go to them for automotive repairs and restorations.

I was recommended to use GT Collision for a fix to my Dodge Ram pickup from a tire blow out on I5. The staff here was extremely helpful in coordinating everything with the Insurance company and being from out of town they went above & beyond to help me and answer all my phone calls keeping me updated with the insurance process. Although I did not end up getting my truck fixed due to the insurance totaling my vehicle they handled the whole process seamlessly.

This is the second time (unfortunately) that I've had to take my car into GT and even though I live in Portland, I will still drive the hour to support this business! Not only do they have the cleanest body shop I've ever been in, but the staff here are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They even shuttled me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental car! Specifically, Ian helped me with everything I needed to do, starting with my car insurance claim.

I've learned now that car insurances like to give you the run around so having GT work with my insurance company was especially helpful. Ian kept me updated with any changes, answered all of my questions and made the whole process seamless! When my car was finished, I barely recognized it! It was completely detailed inside and out. It no longer smelled like ketchup packets and gym clothes and the exterior looked FLAWLESS. Ian went over all of the repair documents and warranties with me.
