**New management is great. David Constant and Gary took care of me and my car. 10000% happy with service, and how i was treated as a customer. I will def make this my go to Ford dealer.

After allowing the new owners to settle in I found them to be caring and excited to be in our community. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the automotive industry. Wonderful people in all departments---service, parts and sales. So that being said I highly recommend you stop by to meet them!

I went in to look at a used Chevy truck and all I wanted to do was just check it out and they had me buying it. I told them not to run my credit report and they said they wouldn't but they did anyway. Don't go there to look at anything because you will be buying it without any warning.

I am Larry and I am the Service Advisor on the Ford side of the dealership. I have to say that for the first time since moving to TN from Charleston, I feel at home and love my job. The people are great to work with and our customer base is second to none. I hope that the customers that have dealt with me so far like my NEVER SAY NO attitude. Anything from a simple oil change to a check engine light, bring it on in. No appointment needed. This is good place dealing buying car. All employees are very friendly and helpful. They are trying get you car. If you need and wanna buy car this is the place.

Multiple calls were placed to make a service appointment. After a few calls and being transferred around, I was able to leave a voicemail although I'm not sure why. I never received a return call. I called again and after a few transfers, I was able to speak to someone. I tried to make an appointment to have the recall on my backup camera satisfied.

This is not even mid February and the soonest I could get my vehicle in was April 5th. I don't think so. I told them I would go to another dealership. The person I was speaking to merely said "Okay, thank you". The other dealership made the appointment for the following week. I guess that's where my next $60K purchase will be too.

If I could do no star, I would I just got my car back with a replaced transmission, and 2 weeks later it has failed again. They are refusing to fix it, as they say they already replaced it. I didn't know a 1000 mile transmission was considered "replaced" They are being bought out, and that probably explains why.

Best place to buy a truck and have it built just right. I went to the Body Shop after I purchased this used Nissan from Jacob Marshall and they did a little customization for me. Those guy can do amazing work and got it customized exactly the way I asked. Josh and Scott are great.

Have been going here for years, even bought my car new here, but definitely won't be going back after my last visit. They tried to overcharge me for my service and acted like it was an accident when I called them out on it. Just buy and service your cars anywhere but this place.
