My wife took one of our cars in to get the transmission fluid replaced. The work was fine, but she felt that it took longer than it should have. Part of this was because one of the employees, Luis, went back and started conversing with the mechanic who was supposed to be doing the work. She said she had to go back to the bay to get them to bring the car out. They were finished with it, but it was still in the bay.

Great state made me an appointment quickly. Luis was very attentive and super helpful. Dropped my vehicle off at 3:30 and it was ready in an hour. Performed a transmission fluid and filter change on a 2012 Ram 2500. Their lobby has a few chairs and water bottle service. Very clean.

Great service even though I was down to one vehicle for 2 weeks. Getting to and from work was hard. The only inprovement needed is communication it took longer than anticipated. They need to call more often.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The owner, Mark Rittgers and mechanic Derek Rittgers along with their service representative did not stand behind their work or service. Payed them 3000 cash and waited 5 weeks for my truck and they did not do the agreed upon repairs. Would never recommend their services for anything. Had a bad experience! Spoke to an employee who gave me one price, then wanted to charge me up! I felt that their diagnosis was the same thing they told me at O'Reilly's for free. Great state charged me 110 dollars for the same thing O'Reilly's told me, then wanted to charge me an extension diagnosis, because, they needed to drop the pan to do diagnosis. Which is why I noticed red flags. Sorry, this was just my experience. I pray y'all have a better one.

I'm hard to please when it comes to my car. Great State is a great place to take your car for transportation problems. They are very honest in their repairs. Friendly customer service and on time with the repairs.

My husband took our GMC Envoy here to get our transmission rebuilt. They said it was going to be up to 6 - 7 buisness days. It only took them ONE day. Granted they had one ready for our truck. This place is amazing. And the warranty is good too. Truck is driving awesome the first day will update if that changes but so far so good! Awesome work guys!

We broke our Suburban's transfer case on the beach this year and these guys helped us out at the last minute. No B.S., gave us an exact estimate and the truck was done the next day! Thank you again, we hit the beach again with no problems!
