This should be your go to for all of your golf cart needs! Scott in service is TOP NOTCH, I bought a 2009 club car and truthfully new nothing about what was wrong with it and Scott was extremly honest and trustworthy, he told me what I needed and what was wrong. needless to say our golf cart know runs amazing and without Scott we would have been so lost and not knowing where to turn. If you go anywhere else other than Graham golf carts your making a big mistake. These guys rock, you've made a family extremly happy.

Fair deal on purchasing my father's golfcart we no longer use. These are good people. Highly recommend for service, sales, etc.

We own a 2001 EZGO cart that has had battery issues since the cart was purchased in 2003. Over the years, we have tried different brands of batteries and most have not performed as anticipated. It seems like every several months we were purchasing new batteries. All batteries performed well at first but have less power after several months of use.

In 2019, Graham Golf Cars installed new Napa 6 volt batteries that performed very well for about 18 months. My wife uses the cart at least every other day keeping up trash along the highways as a member of SCDOT Adopt-a-Highway program and has been left on the side of the road too many times! In April 2022, we took the cart to Graham's in an attempt to determine why the batteries were failing so quickly.

The Service Manager (Scott) determined that our battery charger was not providing enough current to fully charge the batteries before use. After making adjustments to the charger, we are now very happy carters. Scott, thanks for all you do for your customers and especially for resolving our problem.

We had a wonderful visit and met Tim Tyner. Tim was accommodating and knowledgeable, which made our visit wonderful. We are in the market for our first golf cart, and wisdom helped us figure out which one will be the best fit.

Grahams is always a pleasure to do business with. Mario in the service department is a good honest man and Josh the transportation man is also great to do business with. Purchased cart in early February. Paid in full and added a seat upgrade. Driver picked up cart from property without notify me. Just happened to see cart leaving on trailer down street. Called Grahams in surfside sc and was told oh well ans good luck by Jonathan the svc mgr. Called main store and Ed the main Mgr. Was helpful and understanding. This was the reason why I actually gave them a star instead of reporting theft to local sheriff

Excellent service, over and above, reasonable, even after I paid the bill the golf cart would not start.found out it was a bad battery. Graham put in a new battery at no charge. Impressive!

Excellent customer service. I called with an electrical problem on our cart (my fault) and I also wanted to have it serviced and the speed turned up a little bit. All was done in record time I was shocked. Everything was done as asked they picked it up and delivered it very professionally. Will definitely be using them again. Ed was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the many customizations we wanted on our golf car, and it came out perfect! Josh delivered our car to Ocean Lakes, and took the time to explain the features of the lithium-ion batteries, stereo, LED lights, charger, and more, and made sure we were completely satisfied. We couldn't have been happier! The Graham family seems to have instilled a culture of passion and customer service in their employees which is still apparent today.

We have been looking for a golf cart for months. There seems to be a shortage. I called Graham and spoke with James and everything was so easy. I bought the cart over the phone and ended up using their storage services to store the cart for us when we aren't at the beach. The whole experience was great and I love our new cart! I would recommend them to anyone!

Called to get 2 tires put on, service guy was rude as hell. Would not go to them with my cart if they were the last place on earth. You SUCK! If it did not happen there would not be a review.

Was having a problem with my gas golf car. Rolled in on a Saturday when they opened with no appointment. everyone went out of their way to help me so very accommodating took it in replaced a belt and did a tune up cart has never run better all in a couple of hours. just amazing customer service I will be a customer for life!

We had an issue with our alignment and camber just over one year from purchase. They stood behind their product and fixed it at no charge! I would highly recommend them.

My wife liked the color of the car we looked at yesterday. We were told that they remove everything down to the frame and rebuild with new parts. So she bought it. They delivered it today and the first thing i see is a used rusted not very good cord charger. I don't even know if it works. But it is junk and not even attached to the car. If they do something that obvious what are they hidden under all that black paint. I guess i will find out in about a year. I dont trust grahams and i should have made my wife wait on ACE in north Myrtle beach

Another good experience with these guys. I thought my golf cart needed new brake shoes or possibly more. Nope. They spent a half hour to clean and adjust my brakes. I was expecting to pay over $125 for a brake job. They only charged me $35 in labor and now my cart stops on a dime. They could have charged me way more for repairs I didn't need. They are honest people.

Best golf car business in the Myrtle Beach area. We purchased our car here a few years ago. The experience was great, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We also store our car with them as they offer INDOOR storage. I can't recommend Graham's enough to anyone looking to stop renting carts, and get your own.

We visited Graham Golf Cars and checked out their inventory. We talked to Mike and he answered our questions. We visited other dealers in the area, all were friendly but some didn't have what we thought we wanted in inventory. We went back to Graham's with more questions, again Mike was very helpful and we decided that, with all the information provided, that is where we would purchase. Graham's location and the fact that they have a service department and the ability to store our golf car were big factors. We look forward to dealing with Graham's and Mike Graham in particular in the future.

I have dealt with these guys since arriving in Myrtle Beach. Just ask for Timmy if you are buying. He took wonderful care of us and we got a great deal!

Best place to buy a golf cart. Big dealer means they can sell their carts cheaper than other places. Have expansive parts department and the employees are friendly when I ask dumb questions. Never had a bad experience with Ed or Russel.

Inquired on a few preowned golf cars during the off season and every salesman I spoke to sounded busy yet unmotivated. Their responses to my questions were always simple and short, and instead of taking down my info and what I was looking for, they just made it easier to end the call. Went with Best Golf Cars instead and so far so great. Can't wait to pick mine up next week.
