Alabama Glastek did an amazing job on my Tesla Model 3. Although Tesla is a unique vehicle, they had the expertise to handle the replacement and calibration perfectly. Larger glass companies gave me the runaround, saying the glass wasn't available. Alabama Glastek proved them wrong by obtaining the glass quickly and efficiently. "Bigger" is not better. Glastek is the real deal. The owner, technicians, and support staff are experienced and great to work with. Highly recommend.

2019 Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome Windshield replacement. My husband and I are not happy with installation of windshield. They did the best they could, but it just doesn't look professionally done, this is a 2019 Tiffin Motorhome with less than 5K miles. The Mobile Eye reattachment adhesive isn't seamless, and the adhesive around the windshield is tacky as well.

They removed the wipers but did not install back into proper position, the blades are resting on the body of the RV instead on the windshield (can cause scratch to paint Job). They did come to RV storage location the same week to retouch adhesive around the windshield but not happy with workmanship. This shop was the only shop in the area that was recommended and approved by Progressive Insurance. Initially, when we arrived and spoke with the Owner about the job I wanted to leave and drive to Red Bay, but husband decided to allow them the opportunity.

The owner and I had spoken over the phone several times regarding repair and made arrangements to have the windshield shipped there. There were things discussed and later were found to be untrue. If we decided to bring the RV the night before, he stated the property was gated, and it wasn't. I asked if there were additional charge for the Mobile Eye recalibration, & reattachment he said no but later billed insurance.

The insurance refused to pay. I definitely did not pay. The insurance stated company charged too much. I spoke with Tiffin, and they stated the mobile eye is self recalibrate on the 2019.just drive it 20 mile or so. Just drive to Red Bay next time because it was a stress crack per owner. I remember a rock hitting the windshield coming from MS to AL, then later when we were loading for the next adventure notice a crack on the passenger side windshield. The Turners

Scheduled an appointment for my broken passenger window today & had Dave out at my house same day. My appointment was scheduled anywhere from 2pm-4pm & he arrived 30 minutes early. Dave was very knowledgeable, professional & kind. The replacement was done fairly fast as well & the price was very fair & cheaper than other places I called. I have used Alabama Glastek multiple times now for some of our work trucks. Price wise your name brands such as Safelite charge me at least double what these guys do. The windshields I have had done are still holding up great. They were super friendly every experience and I will go back when I need another windshield.

They forgot to schedule my appointment for the scheduled date, sadly I had to wait a little longer to see my baby fixed up. but the service was great and the tech was excellent. No complaints so far about my windshield, if any problems arise I will update!:))

This visit was the second time I've trusted Alabama Glastek to replace a broken windshield. The first time, my corporate office sent me there. This time however, I made the choice to use their services. Super company! My mechanic recommended Glas Tek, as the company my insurance co. uses wasn't interested in the job (I didn't have insurance, was a cash paying customer). They were outstanding, paid attention to detail - so much so, the installer asked if he could come back and make adjustments when the glue dried. They ordered trim that would match the original, 2002, and since Toyota doesn't make it anymore and it was very difficult to work with.

When they came back, he spent an additional hour ensuring the trim was very straight and "rolled" correctly. On top of that, if I get a chip, I can call Glas Tek and have it filled before it leads to a crack. In this day and age, especially with the Covid thing, it was wonderful to have an easy, expert job done. Many thanks.

Finally a glass company that follows through with their promise. I struggled to get an accurate quote for my windshield for over a year and these guys delivered what they promised from the beginning. They came to my house and the install tech was super friendly and did an awesome job! Highly recommend these guys!

They were very quick, knew what they were doing giving me a lot of confidence as a buyer. Would recommend it to anyone, it took them 43 min flat to replace the windshield of my 79 firebird with a good quality windshield. They came to my residence to do it, all for a very reasonable price.

Glas Tek is my go to for everything windshield related. If I need something I call them and they call my insurance company to get everything taken care of. I've called them twice in the last year and each time I have called it has taken less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I have referred my friends and they have also stated the same thing.

I have never had any issues getting an appointment with a couple of days and they even take care of the extra wide tint visor on my windshield. So when my windshield is installed the visor is already installed. I highly recommend Glass Tek, awesome company and great customer service!

Glas Tek is Awesome! I called yesterday after getting many delays from a nationally advertised Glass Company. I was able to get on their schedule for next day service. This was a rear window replace on a Ford F-150, so not exactly a vanilla replacement job. Customer service rep was excellent, and handled the claim with my insurance company very efficiently. Their tech (Greg) called me 30 mins before he arrived, and the job got completed quickly and professionally. Great experience!

Glad Tek is the company to hire when you need a new windshield. They come right to your car and put in a new windshield in 30 minutes. I had them replace my Lexus windshield and it cost a FRACTION of what it would have been at the dealer. They call 15 minutes out to let you know they're on their way and they're right on time.

Every time one of our family members has a chip or need our windshield replaced, we go to GlasTek. I would highly recommend their professionalism and efficiency in taking care of our claims.

Responded within 15 minutes of my online quote. They did a 3-way call with my insurance company to confirm my coverage. My appointment was scheduled the next day in a decent time window too (8-10am) They replaced my glass at my work in 30 minutes. The tech that did the job had a nice smile and was polite (I think his name was Dave). He 1/2 way replaced my old stickers on my new glass. the reason being if I still didn't want them I could easily remove them or press them on fully (nice touch).

My insurance company covered my replacement, but the price point of around $200 for my vehicle seemed very fair. Finally the tech handed me an envelope at the end of the job with my promo $. special dinner for me :) Overall they did a very good job with my service and I have no complaints.

Company showed up on time and got the job done. Good customer service, friendly employees, quality workmanship and very reasonable prices. If i have any cracks or windshield replacements in the future- I will be giving them a call.

This is a long-overdue review for GlasTek. We have used them several times in the last 3 years both for personal and my husband's commercial vehicles. On a couple occasions we were fortunate enough that they sent Dave Railsback out to do our installation and he was always prompt, quick, professional and a pleasure to converse with while he worked. We will recommend GlasTek whenever the opportunity arises and tell them to ask for Dave!

Showed up on time. Beat the competition by 25%. Made an appointment on phone with a real live person. Installer was great too. Even put back my AAA sticker and frequent car wash sticker!

Let me tell you about how wonderful this business is. My husband and I have an '08 F-350 whose windshield was dinged on his way to work one morning. I submitted a claim with our insurance company, who happened to use Safelite. That technician came out, said that he noticed there is some rust damage and he couldn't replace the windshield, and further damaging our current one.

Since this happened, it became even more imperative to get it fixed before we got a ticket. After much searching, I finally found Glas Tek who could help me (there were some other factors involved and very complicated) that day! Now when I set this up, it was mere hours before our appointment at the auto body shop. The technician was nice, friendly and definitely had some hustle! I would HIGHLY recommend Glas Tek over anyone else! They helped turn a potential nightmare into a thought of the past.

Hired to repair a rock chip in windshield. Always free via insurance. Rep tried to charge $50 deductible. Interesting thing is the invoice and purchase order was already drawn up at $65 to bill insurance only. One of two conclusions: 1. Disorganized billing and tracking system that overcharges customers. 2. Attempt to scam customers. Either way, not acceptable. Would not recommend.
