I have a classic car. It is heavily modified. Some would call it a street rod. I had taken it to another garage for a tune up. When I got the car back, it was running worse than when I took it in. It was back firing through the carburator and repeatedly stalling. It was nearly undrivable. Gerry's has totally turned this car around. It is running great, drives much better than it has in years. A huge change from what it was prior to them working on it. All I can say is "thank you, my car is fun to drive again."

At Gerry's everyone treats you as one of the family. More importantly they thoroughly inspect all mechanical issues before providing a detailed estimate for the work that should be done. As a female taking the car to the mechanic is always a concern but my father was a mechanic all his life so have a great admission for the profession. I had a good experience here. They were a little less expensive than the larger auto-shops and the customer service was fantastic. I had my oil changed and car inspected. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my appointment originally was for me to wait which would taken just a few hours but it ended up taking a full day. Luckily I had made plans to get picked up. This is the norm however considering the environment we're in and staffing challenges. I would recommend.

Gerry's was one of two possible locations I was considering to take my recently purchased used car to get serviced and checked out. It so happens I had another vehicle next door at the autobody shop getting serviced at Gerry's, so decided on Gerry's to keep it all consistent. Gerry's did not disappoint. The customer service representatives, Melissa and Abbey were great and helpful.

They squeezed me in on Veteran's Day, and being a veteran myself, certainly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate. They provided a ride from the shop since all my cars were indisposed (but I Uber'd back). They also provided the best discounts between coupons and a veteran's overall discount; it just so happened to be the coupons that worked out best (meaning anyone could benefit from them).

We ended up doing a little more than the oil change and check-up I was looking for, and they provided other recommendations, but didn't push them. They were just general maintenance items, and could be spread out over the next several servicing opportunities. All-in-all a very positive experience, that will have me going back again.

Just started using Gerry's Service a little while back. I found my experience to be fantastic. It is very difficult to find decent customer service now a days and to be honest I was blown away. From Melissa the Service Advisor to Bruce Weiss who worked on my vehicle. The entire experience from beginning to end I found to be second to none. The attention to detail and text messages, the follow up and super courteous staff.

Gerry's was extremely friendly and accommodating to my car's needs. As a new customer, they asked specific questions about the vehicle's history and maintenance habits. I got the sense that they truly cared about each customer's vehicle and that their knowledge of cars was genuine! They communicated to me their recommendations but were not pushy about it at all.

Each employee I had the opportunity to speak with was very pleasant and I felt that they were all very professional yet personable in dealing with their customers! I have finally found an automotive business that truly knows what they are doing. I highly recommend Gerry's for your vehicle!
