I used this business to have my Hummer towed at last minute. He was more than willing and here in a very fast timely manner Very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company. I had a gentleman named Steven. I highly recommend him and this company to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much for being there so quick and getting the job done so quick. very affordable.

Took 5 hours to change rear brake pads. Very Unprofessional. Had to personally go buy all parts Bc they didn't have in stock. Even had to supply my own brake fluid. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for car services. Untrained and unprofessional.

Hands down the best tow service in Jackson. Everyone is polite and friendly from the folks who answer the phone to the drivers who get you unstuck. The treat you with respect and do not make you feel dumb because you locked your keys in the car or got stuck in the mud. They are fast and ready to help. It is nice to know there are more options out here than just the big guys.

I like to spend my money with local companies and these guys are right here in town on Cooper Street. It looks like they also have a garage where you can have your vehicle serviced as well if need be. Top notch in my book, and the only wrecker service I will be calling from now on. George's is an awesome local business that has never let me or my family down. They have rescued us more than once and they have always been quick, courteous, and professional. Once again today they were there for us in a difficult situation.

They were in the area and they were able to come unlock my vehicle promptly. He couldn't get it unlocked through the door and had to wedge the door open at the top and go in that way. It ended up scratching the paint at the top of the cab where the door meets it, but he got in and I was able to get back in my vehicle at a reasonable rate.

I always use George's for my car repair and towing. One day I needed to call them because my car broke down on I-94 during rush hour traffic. Josh was there within minutes. His first priority was to get me safely in the cab of his truck. Definitely the first to call if one of my children's car breaks down.

Called them to tow a truck I was buying, they asked me if there was air in the tires witch I wasn't sure about and told them bring an air tank just in case or flat bed. They showed up with a regular tow truck and a empty air tank and said there wasn't anything they could do and charged me $40 for doing nothing. Ive always used them but the last few times they haven't been customer friendly and very rude. Will never use them again.

Dealt with Cody, he responded and was to my location in under 10 minutes! I was also greeted with great customer service. I recommend anyone who needs a tow go through George's. They are the cheapest in town and also have the fastest response time I've experienced. Also ask for Cody Hill, he said he's only been there for a couple months but he seemed like a veteran.

I have never been disappointed in the care I've received from George's. Always timely, like when Josh arrived 15 after my phone call to unlock the keys from my car this morning.(probably for the 50th time) Always willing to go the extra mile, like picking my car and myself up from back roads on the way to Chelsea when my tire popped and driving us to the tire store (Josh again last summer.) If you're looking for honest, reasonable, quality care for your car then look no further.
