In Hamtramck, MI at the corner of Conant and Yemans, in the former Northeast Auto Replacement Parts building. Gentile's Service was established by Michael A. Gentile Sr. as a full service mechanical shop along with collision repair and painting and a large scale towing/road service operation. Mike Sr. worked with his son Mike Jr. along with Ginger Taflan, who joined the company as a co-op student and became the company's longtime bookkeeper.

We have actually taken 3 of our cars to Gentile's in the past month for various things. The first was to paint and install an aftermarket lip on one of our cars. The 2nd was to wet sand some areas on an older car that is going to be wrapped soon and the last was for an insurance claim to fix my husband's car that had a hit and run incident while the car was parked.
We were very pleased with all of the work done and the staff was friendly too. The cars were ready when promised and the car that had the insurance claim looks fantastic. We were so pleased. They even noticed one of the headlights on the car with the Insurance claim was "cloudy" and went above and beyond and took the time to make it look nice again. I would definitely recommend this business and bring our cars back here in the future.

I was referred by a family member to Gentille's after my car was hit from behind. From the moment I walked into office, I felt I was in good hands. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff and the work is impeccable! It was even ready five days early. I really liked the periodic text updates on the repair work. When I picked it up, it looked like a brand new car! They even cleaned the inside as well! Very pleased!

Gentile's is my first choice in the future! Hit a turkey and called SEVERAL auto shops that would only say "at least three weeks" just to look at my car. I called Gentile's and they made an effort to understand my situation. A sense of care and urgency I had not heard with any other company. I hit a deer on 32 Mile with the front passenger side getting the majority of the damage. After talking to several people about collision shops since I have not been to one in a long time, I called Gentile's and a very nice lady answered all of questions very professionally. I took my truck in and got an estimate. I had already contacted my insurance company.
We set up a date to bring my truck in to get repaired. I dropped it off at Gentile's at the beginning of the week. They said they would have it about a week. They had my vehicle fixed by the end of the week. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I was very pleased with the work that Gentile's did. The whole process would very smoothly with Gentiles handling the bulk of everything. I would definitely go back to Gentile's if I need anything else done. Hats off to them and a double thumbs up. Gentile's just repaired the bumper on my truck. Took less than 2 days, and it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier. Great service, great people, a great local business! I was recently in a car accident where I was rear ended on the left hand side. My left quarter panel had to be completely replaced as well as the rear fascia and decklid. I took my 2019 Mustang to Gentile's for repair and they did a FABULOUS job! They are very professional, thorough and knowledgable. The quality of their work is outstanding. I would not take a car anyplace else!

Cody & John, are the best, I had two cars in for repair one a late model and the other a 18yr old truck and they took care of both and made them look like new again. Their shop is professional and clean. The owner is on site, friendly & down to earth. The everone at this facility was polite and professional from the friendly receptionist, to the the body repair specialists working in the shop.
