Garys Auto is the best. They are so reasonably priced. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. I feel blessed to have found such a reliable Auto repair service.

So I've been coming to Gary's auto for 10+ years now and these guy's have always been great to work with. They have an awesome staff! Erick is very straight forward honest and extremely knowledgeable. Max has great customer service skills and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Now a days quality places like this are hard to come across. I definitely recommend making them your new #1 go to auto shop!

Brought my car in because my clutch broke. Took about a week and half to get my car in, they had a lot of cars in their lot. But when they got it in, they ordered a part and fixed my car in a day and a half. Very quick work and nice people. Gave me some other helpful info on other problems that might arise in the future.

Great communication, honesty, integrity, at a fair price. I asked for oil change and tire rotation with balancing. They said tires were wearing evenly and didn't need rotation at this time and noted this in there computer system for next time. OTHER shops would have gladly charged me for a requested but unnecessary service! Gary's is my Go To for service.

I had just returned to our home here in Wisconsin we had our car parked and need to have oil changed and generally checked out then the AC went out they did outstanding job on the Chevy s10 and my Subaru Forester at a reasonable price the only difficulty was getting in they do excellent work so they are busy!

So, my wife and I drove from Philadelphia to Wisconsin on holiday, and to spend some time with family. While we were traveling there I picked up a small hole in my left front tire. I was burning about 5 psi a day. When I took what I thought would be no more than an hour job to one of the franchise tire shops, they wanted my truck for the day, no matter what day I brought it in.

I declined. Enter Gary's. My cousin lives in Delafield and recommended I stop in. Well, it was the best decision I made. The staff were nothing less than amazing. The service was outstanding, and I had a repaired tire in the amount of time it took my wife and I to have breakfast. They understood that I was on holiday and that the truck was a need. So, they found a spot on the schedule that worked for both of us, and it was done.

They even went so far as to have a quick look to see that everything was ok. To top it if off, I was expecting to see a high two digit or low three digit bill. What I got was a very reasonable bill for services I thought went above and beyond. No doubt I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area, or anyone traveling through that needs automotive care. If I could rate these guys higher I would. Tip for folks: always check under the hood after having your car serviced. Unfortunately, it took me a month before I did and I spotted some issues I've been driving around with for a month. Pros: - Fast service, car released to me before date originally given (only took 2 days) - Friendly - Issue I brought it in for was resolved, can't complain there Cons: -- Didn't put everything back in place before giving my car back to me (left my fuse boxes uncovered and exposed to the elements, the covers just sitting precariously on top) - Told me they vacuumed in my hood (there was a groundhog nest), but not very carefully and left a lot of twigs/fur/insulation behind. - Expensive ($40 labor for changing a battery, $110 labor for changing my air and cabin air filter) - Questionable service recommendations (recommended for me to change the air filter when it wasn't really needed, picture of old air filter included)

My daughter and I were on our way to see her wedding dress when we came upon an accident on the highway that had not been cleared. We ran over something and immediately knew something was wrong. We found Gary's when we searched for auto repair - We slowly drove there and they immediately took care of us. They removed a piece of plastic from one of the tires, plugged the leak and put air in the tire. A short time later we were on our way and we were still able to make our appointment. We are grateful that Gary's was so close by and for the great service!

Over the years I've had good and bad experiences with my cars. But coming to Gary's has been the best! For once I can trust that I'm in good hands. They are very honest, thorough in their assessments and I've never felt pressured. Their intent has always been in my best interests. Max, Eric and staff have all gone out of their way to accommodate me.

Their professionalism and courtesy make me feel like family and what they offer reflects in the numerous and varied clientele. So suffice it to say they will be my 'go to' from now on!

The staff and quality of work has been fantastic at Gary's. Working with Max & Erick has been seamless and easy. We all know its not always fun to get your vehicle serviced and get hit with an unexpected repair. They do a great job of letting you know what needs to be done now and what can be done down the road. They also offer way down the road items which allows you to budget for those repairs. I'm new to the area and I'm glad I've found a lifetime shop to take my two vehicles. I've been going here since the beginning of this year.

Love these guys. Honest. Reasonable price and knowledgeable. They treat you like family or friend. And everyone is so friendly and courteous. What else do you need

I was very happy with my experience at Gary's Auto and will be returning for future service. Their staff is helpful and courteous, and they provided me with an honest assessment on my vehicle. They explained my service options in far greater detail than I've experienced before at other large-chain shops. Moreover, there was no pressure to purchase anything. UPDATE: So my "Collector Car" decided to get uppity and wouldn't start. Max at Gary's Auto put me in touch with their preferred towing outfit and the towing dude came over and took great care heaving my super-low-slung sports car out of the garage and onto his flatbed. Not a scratch was made. Seeing my freshly-waxed betrothed getting towed gave me a serious case of the vapors.

For real. A little later at Gary's, Glen and the boys had the almost thankless task of diving into old wiring diagrams and so on but they found the electric gremlins that plagued me and the car. My "old car" is now back and running better than ever. I've been racing around in the car in the most careless, watch-this manner you can imagine and having an absolute ball doing so. But, you know, responsibly. Gary's is thorough, methodical, and they respect you and your car.

No B.S. No double talk. No one-liners. No "zingers." Just the facts with a smile. And Max kept me updated all along via phone and text. For all the work they put into the car, the final bill was totally reasonable. I never feel like I'm getting hoodwinked when it comes to Gary's. Thanks, Gary's!

These guys are great. They have repaired a few cars of mine over the years, and are straight shooters. They always tell me exactly what I need, without any BS. I trust th ed m and will bring my cat here any time I need service. They are also very flexible, and will give my wife and kids a ride if work is needed, but we don't have a spare car. Super nice people.

I stumbled on Gary's Auto just by driving around the area and seeing quite a few foreign cars in their lot. After bad experiences with other mechanics and local BMW dealerships, (misdiagnosing issues and charging an exceptional premium for repair services) I gave Gary's Auto a try when Firestone told me they weren't able to solve my car's oil leak issues.

I was thoroughly impressed with the way I was treated as a new customer, and I thought the price they charged to fix my car was very fair. I later found out from other people I know that they are great, reputable mechanics. My confidence has been built and I plan to return whenever my car needs service.
