I just had warranty work done on my avalanche. They cracked my dash and stated it was like that before they started! My dash was not cracked! But how do I prove them wrong. I was there at the dealership waiting for my vehicle, they could have very easily came and got me and showed me the crack before they ever started the work! THEN I go to get into my vehicle, and see red smudges on smudges on the driver side console which look like blood. It turned out to be red grease that was all over the pant leg of the technician that drove it. Extremely disappointed with absolutely no flippin recourse!

Chevrolet is awesome. Corvettes rule! For your week and it's so fitting that they started making a four-door mustang.

Amazing service, saved us so much time and money driving through Madras. Noticed a loose connection off the engine and stopped by the dealership. They were happy to take a look and reconnect it. Thank you!

In short, I have bought 2 brand new 21 GMC's from Gruners. My last 4 vehicles before Gruners was from Dave Smith in Kellog Idaho. The list of issues from the purchases to service issues is way to long to list. Bottom line, drive the 400 miles to Dave Smith. Dave puts you up in his motel or he will fly you in. I will never deal with Gruners or Oscar ever again. Worst experience of my life X2.

Finally a scrupulous dealer not doing the price gouging game that seems to be going around during these crazy times. Painlessly ordered a vehicle with quick service and no silly back and forth. How refreshing. Proof is in the pudding so hopefully rest of the transaction goes well. But so far so good. I think businesses like these folks deserve praise.

I went out of my way to explain my problem and that it was only happening with weight on the trailer hitch. I'm convinced they only tested it without weight and without the vehicle running! Problem exists exactly as before visit! With diagnostic equipment dealer should have located problem. Money and time wasted!

Warning lights came on. The shop diagnosed the problem and repairs were made. The process was slowed by the slow arrival of parts. However, the side detectio n still says it needs service. In fairness it has never worked

Very satisfied with the service I got there when I took my 1995 Buick LeSabre in because it was stalling at random times. The computer wasn't giving out any codes as to why it was doing this so the repair staff had to just use their best judgement as to what the cause was based on their past experience with the particular engine in my car. They got it right without costing me a fortune. I feel like I was treated very nicely by a friendly staff.

Dealing with Oscar was very easy he made me a great deal on my 2021 Chevy Traverse and I love my car. My only complaint was I had to wait for my car to get here and I hate to wait.

Friendly people and 1st class service! I found the truck I was looking for online and flew one way up to Redmond, OR. The dealership arranged to have a driver pick me up at the airport and take me 20 minutes north to their dealership in Madras. The paperwork for the purchase was ready when I got there and I was in and out within the hour. They made my truck purchase SUPER EASY and made me feel like a real VIP. Our experiences have always been good there. The people are very friendly and helpful, but most of all they are fun to work with. We have been very blessed with the two salespeople we have dealt with over the years - Denny Story and Jim Angel.
