Took my 2013 Ford E350 Pleasure-way RV in because I was having bad steering issues driving over 60 mph. They were great to work with and communicated every step of the way. They fixed the problem and it drives great now. From the girl at the front desk to the guys working on the van everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Took truck in for an alignment. While they got the toe inline, castor and camber adjustments were not made and a mild pull to the right was experienced. Due to a miscommunication, I was told that this was just the way it was going to be. Anyway, I took my truck to another shop who got the issue resolved rather quickly with another alignment. I called Garrett auto to express my concern over the situation, and they determined that it was a communication error between the technician and front office. They offered me a full refund and mailed me a check. I would go back if I needed service knowing they are good, honest people.

I love this place! I have been taking all of my cars here after recommendation! They have helped with tires, control arms, oil changes, and simple fixes! The quick help out was impressive and never heard complaints about getting the service I wanted! Professional work, with smiles and great jokes! Also have helped prep my previous cars in the past to sell! Helped tremendously since I'm a female and would have no idea how to go about it!
