My daughter and I were enjoying the day, when lo and behold a flat tire got in our way. Carl at G & R saw to our need, quickly fixed the flat and got us back up to speed. He even stayed past closing to help us out, just so we could be back up and about. He was caring, professional, and a great help to us; if your vehicle is in need, he's the one you can trust. Due to upcoming travel plans, my car needed an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Like others, been coming to Carl for years and have always been pleased. He took some time this morning to run a diagnostic and asked me some questions in his peel back the onion approach as he will first try and diagnose simpler causes and go from there. You will never be nickel and dimed. Timely, quality service, very fair rates and his honest approach all make for a great local business.

Carl is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic I know. We always take our cars (both BMWs) to Carl. We highly recommend him. When our dear friend shared her car troubles and her mechanic's estimate ($1500), our immediate response was, "Take it to Carl. He's very trustworthy. We guarantee you, you won't be disappointed." My husband and I were not surprised that her car did not need all the repairs her mechanic said were needed. She was both happy and relieved.
