Meffert Oil Company, Inc. was founded by Joe Meffert in 1965. He began delivering petroleum products to customers in the surrounding agricultural community. Raised on a family farm, Joe understood the needs of farmers and the demands placed on individuals in the farming industry. With this insight, he was able to develop close relationships with his customers.
Our Mobil store is located on the east side of town and is growing to offer more services that our customers want. We have expanded and remodeled our store and added a state-of-the-art car wash. Along with offering regular, mid-grade, and premium Mobil gasoline with 10% ethanol, we offer racing fuel (seasonal), and kerosene.
On-road and off-road conventional diesel, as well as premium diesel, home heating fuel and kerosene, and all grades of gasoline, including conventional, ethanol-blended, reformulated and racing fuels. Branding and dealer support by assisting gas station owners attain BP, Mobil, or Citgo branding, regulatory compliance & systems upgrading.

Was given a very hard time and treated very poorly with hostility and threats. I was in the unfortunate circumstance that I had pumped gas and when attempting to pay in the store I found out that my credit card was locked. I had just spoken to the credit company an hour before this and was informed that I was OK to use it. The person working (Kevin I believe) was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
I attempted to pay with my card, tried the ATM, called the credit company and had no way to resolve the payment at that time. I live an hour away yet work M-F 5 minutes away. I explained my situation to him and asked if I could stop in tomorrow with payment and he began to raise his voice, threaten me, and just completely hostile. I informed him that I have no one in the area that I could call for assistance and once again asked if I could simply leave my information with him and return the next day with payment.
He refused (and it was an hostile refusal - yelling at me, telling me I should not be getting gas and not have a way to pay.) he ended up calling the police which resulted in me getting a $125 ticket. The situation is what it is and I have paid for my gas and now have to pay for the ticket. This could have been much much better customer service and not to mention could have been handled better on his part. Instead of working with me through what was already an embarrassing situation he made it so much worse with his HORRIBLE customer service.

I hope I have the right place to review the new high tech drive thru car wash. I didn't see anywhere where it spoke of the newer high tech car wash on the website. I just went thru the wash and it is impressive as you go through. I choose the $12 wash. There was one above it at $16. So not the cheapests car wash that I picked, but 1 from the highest price.
There are 4 prices. I believe (if I can remember) they are $7, $9, $12 and $16. Having said that, as we were going through I really felt this wash would do an unbelievable job. HOWEVER, I've thought that before with other car washes. I decided to pull over into the station and take a look. Immediately upon shutting my door I noticed something on the door, I gave a quick wipe ilwith my finger and it was gone.
I walked around the car, not being overly picky. just looking for things that stood out. When I got to the front of the car I was honestly very alarmed at how dirty it was! I suppose I could deal with a few small spots and bugs, but holy hell it was covered in bugs. There were some things I had to remove with my fingernail as I continued to walk around.
I got the the back of my vehicle and again, quite surprised as I saw some small black spots all in a row near my bumper (I ran my finger long the length of the area where the bottom of the opening of the trunk is and got a full finger of very black dirt. Worth $12?! Well, I suppose I could have went to a quarter wash where u put the quarters in and spray & wash myself and possibly gotten all the areas. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd put another $12 in to do 1/2 the job?!
