Fresh Start Detail

The crew at Fresh Start is responsive, professional and does a fantastic job detailing my car. My wife was so impressed with the job, she wants us to bring in her car for detailing. They provided a loaner which was unexpected and super convenient. Additionally I had used their service a year ago and did a "souped up" detailing. They could have easily recommended the same service but after looking at my car, they recommended a different service which was about half the cost I expected. I will definitely use Fresh Start again and would highly recommend their service.

I went to Fresh Start after buying a new car to get it cleaned, paint corrected and get a ceramic coating. Jason and Caleb were both very professional and communicative and got the job done on time. I did a lot of research of other places around the Portland Metro area to get a ceramic coating and while Fresh Start was not the least expensive option, but they certainly did a fantastic job.

I got their ceramic coating and my car looks better than it did when i bought it new. Plus they're maintenance plans for it is exceptional and they're $5 loaner cars are so convenient.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for a ceramic coat. Everyone I dealt with at Fresh Start was professional, and very pleasant. The car required more paint correction than they expected. They could have charged me more and i would have paid it, but they didnt. The car looks fantastic, better than new actually. They took scratches out of the finish that i didnt think could come out. I'm completely satisfied and would enthusiastically recommend them.

I get it.my car is 13 years old and never been professionally detailed or cleaned. I didn't expect a miracle. The exterior has chipped paint, scratches, dents.its been used and ran well the entire time. The interior was stained with decades of hair products on the headrests, light dog hair in back seat, and dirt in creveses that still have never seen the night of day.and who knows what in the cup holders.

I found Fresh Start via Google, didn't seem pretentious and gladly looked at my 175,000 mile civic, gave me a quote for the whole shebang, dropped the deposit and made my appointment. Dropped my car off and 24 hours later, it was ready as expected. Externally, car was good. Shiny wax job, windows cleaned and rainXed, used a little paint to offset the brightness of the white chips but about what I expected. Internally.blew.my.mind. imagine black, soiled headrest and the door.

And totally clean.everything. like the interior was looked new! BRAND NEW! These guys not only were friendly, trustworthy, and followed through.they CRUSHED the interior beyond expectation.

Super happy with the interior and exterior detailing from Fresh Start! I thought my rig looked pretty clean when I brought it in, but they took it to the next level! They were able to buff out some scratches and it looks practically brand new. The engine bay actually looks like a brand new truck. I don't know how they did it! With the new look I was able to sell it within a day! Thank you!

Meh. from all the great reviews I was really excited to bring my car in. I had some extreme detailing to get done and these guys seemed to be the best around. From a quick glance things looked clean and alright. They got most of the stuff clean. But from further inspection not so great. No detail in the detailing. I have sticky white stuff all over inside of my car and on my steering wheel. Some areas did not seemed to be touched at all. I did not get my money's worth. $600 bill for a $200 job. Very disappointed.

I thought the my 2015 Subaru was looking good before I took it to Jason and Fresh Start Detail Co. I was entirely wrong. The company has done several of my cars before and always has done an excellent job. They continue to uphold high standards of quality, expertise in their profession, and fit and finish. My car rolled out of the shop looking as fresh as it was when it was brand new.

With the addition of the coating that will protect the vehicle for the next five years and badge removal, I couldn't be happier. The mirror finish, even on a 4-year-old car, was tremendous.
