My daughter's belts broke and overheated her car, and when I called, not only did they inform me if I didn't use their tow service because I had AAA, I'd save money, but once it got there, they fixed it all up, same day! We were not previous customers, so Gary did not have to make us a priority, but he did. Thank you, Gary!

I'm so grateful I found these guys! I've finally found my own honest, fair and understanding mechanic. I went there with a huge issue with my vehicle. They not only helped me with that, but they offered extra help with it, allowed me to keep it there longer than expected and turned a really bad situation into a really good one. It's hard to find an honest mechanic, especially being a woman. (And I grew up around this stuff and even worked in this field) These guys made me feel safe and intelligent and helped me to understand what I didn't - without making me feel like I was an idiot.
They took me seriously, offered only the help I needed, or asked for, and never tried to upsell or offer me something I didn't need. They're trusted by the NH state police as their mechanics and there is a lot to be said for having their trust in their vehicles! They're upstanding and I will NEVER look for another mechanic. It's taken a long time to find one, but it was well worth the wait.
All I can do now is spread the positive experience via word of mouth and get them new clientele. You'll def be happy that you listened. If you're looking for honest, to the point, lasting and caring work, then you will be in the best hands with Frans. They're really there for their customers. I actually felt good about paying these guys. So much so that even if I have a choice to go somewhere that's a little cheaper, I'll STILL go with Frans. bc let's face it, you get what you pay for but you also get what you don't pay for! (Esp if the work is shoddy and I end up having to return over and over. Paying out more in the long run!) I'd rather have complete peace of mind, correct and long lasting work (the first time) than (maybe) save a few bucks. Frans is what a truly amazing, honest and "for the customer" business is really about.
