I needed a new battery and had them look up the number. When I got there, I didn't realize that the positive terminal was on the left side and thought it was the wrong battery. The woman behind the register let me take the battery home to make sure it would work and told me I could return it if it wasn't right or pay for it when I returned the core. That's good old fashioned honesty and trust. How refreshing to experience in this day and age! Of course I returned the core and paid for the battery the next day.
