Construction equipment blew off a truck while I was on 385 and blew out my back passenger tire. Within five minutes of my pulling to the side of the road, Rick pulled up behind me and said he saw what happened. He offered to put on my spare tire at no charge and proceeded to do the job in the threat of rain and lightning, expecting that I would accept his offer.

When he was done I said I wanted to pay him and he quoted a very modest fee. I insisted we increase it by a third. Rick worked with his own safety at risk and his offer to be a good Samaritan was exceptional. I immediately put him in my phone as my Tow Truck contact. And recommended my daughter do the same. I highly recommend that you do the same too.

Rick was coming from outta state from doing another job. Said he would be at my motorcycle as soon as he got back to sc. got there loaded it up without me being there and he took it to my mechanics. I was on my way home to Atlanta from a weekend at a university leadership retreat when the bottom of my car began to drag. I pulled over quickly and called Mountain View Towing. They were extremely kind, calling me three times total to make sure I was safe and that I didn't need anything. They came quickly, they were VERY helpful, and they made me feel extremely safe.

Rick provided better service than one could ever expect. Not only was he timely in his arrival but he called with status reports on his progress coming to us. Rick was courteous, friendly, caring and most of all, professional. Not only did he take care in loading and unloading our vehicle into his truck, but he also made sure we made it to a safe destination. Being stranded on the side of the perilous Interstate 85 is somewhat disturbing. Rick came quickly, his pleasant personality helped to reassure us.
