Excellent service. Certainly the most organized and helpful automotive shop I've ever been to.

Folsom Automotive has PHENOMENAL customer service and does AMAZING work! I have been wanting to write a review on them since my first visit but just hadn't found the time. I had a newer Tahoe that had a problem with the A/C that was 60 miles out of warranty, the staff went out of their way to help me see if it could be covered by Chevrolet so I wouldn't be out of pocket for a pretty significant expense.

I ended up having them do all the repairs and some additional items. They did great work and haven't had a problem since repaired. It wasn't lost on me the way they were looking out for my best interest rather than trying to take advantage of the situation. I have continued to take each of our cars there even for just minor things like routine oil changes.

Recently my husband took our small commuter car there for brake issues and again their amazing customer service blew me away. Not only did they have quick availability but when I called my husband to see if everything was ok he told me that they had the car, got him a ride home and then a ride back to pick up the car. I was IMPRESSED. they went out of their way to make sure he was taken care when they didn't have to, not a service they had to provide!

Not only did they take care of my husband but they did great work again. I could follow the progress of the inspection and repairs prompted by an email with pictures of the findings with recommendations for service. Their attention to detail, service, repairs and pricing is in my opinion incomparable to other places. Folsom Automotive is the ONLY place I will take my cars. We HIGHLY recommend them :

Good, honest shop! They take the time to explain things and help prioritize repairs for those on a budget. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. When a part was late and they could not complete my car the same day they covered a rental for the night because their loaner car was already out. Folsom Automotive Service was a very pleasant surprise. My car is now out of warranty and I took it to this place for general inspection, oil change and break pads review, it's not a common brand (fiat) and still they were very knowledgeable. They are very efficient and provide an excellent online track of your vehicle inspection, findings and recommendations, they will txt, email and call before they perform any further repairs until you provide approval.

You can literally see the inspection results online with pictures included. They are very professional and honest and the price is fair. I definitely recommend this place. They gain a customer.

I have an older car that has had the speedometer die four times over the last several years. This time I took it to Folsom Automotive Service. They diagnosed the problem and then sent the panel to a specialist who rebuilt the circuit board due to faults with updated parts. I received excellent service and my speedometer now works fine-with a 36-month warranty! Received polite, efficient service from all the staff. Additionally, my car came home clean and sanitized-like putting a bow on the baby! I'm a happy camper.

I went to this place after getting my catalytic converter stolen on my 2nd gen prius and of course wanted the most reviewed place. I live in Concord but my girlfriend lives in Folsom, so I had to pickup a place that could delivery the service in time because I depend onthe car to work. I wasn't wrong at all, this place have a 5 stars for a reason, since Kristi, the receptionist, who was aways sharp and straightforward as the technicians who delivered the car earlier than expected.

The place is neat and cozy and they are very professional. They even did pro active jobs on my car, such as installing a cat shield from toyota and checking extra stuff out of the scope. I highly recommend this place and certainly will be back for any auto repair.

The new service coordinator Chrissy is awesome! Super knowledgeable, has great positive energy, very professional. The diagnostic process and software tool they use to share everything they discover is very impressive. I did not feel like she was trying to sell me with that tool. Rather, it is very informative and transparent. I have not been back since the new owners took over some time ago until a few days ago when i needed emergency service. Now I am back for good. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very polite and super informative. Staff stayed in constant communication w/us throughout. We recevied our truck back in a timely manner- same day; which for the amount of work that they did to the truck was an amazing turn around time. Location is great easy to get in and out of. Clean lobby and shop. They have just gained new clients

Probably one of the best experiences that I have ever had dealing with a car repair shop. Full disclosure as to what the problem could be and a full detailed account of the services performed.
