Jim was very helpful and worked with my auto insurance company when I filed a claim. The entire process to get my car repaired was quick and painless. Highly recommend their services!

I took my car here because it kept dying on me. They told me it was because I had the wrong battery. I changed the battery hoping they were correct and literally the next day after picking up my car it died again. I paid almost $200 for absolutely nothing. The guy who was helping me lied to me and then turned around and told my step dad something different.

I had to get him involved to get my car ABLE TO DRIVE because they refused to put thr battery back in my car. I took my car to Ford and they found the issue immediately with no charge.

Took my Kia Soul there for repair. I checked Google review first and was not let down. Very friendly. Lots of communication. The estimate was spot on. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Car runs so good

I do not believe they even opened the hood. I had my truck towed here for diagnostics and repairs after I had to pull over on the highway due to electrical warnings and it overheating. They ran one hydrocarbon test and then immediately told me that I need to replace the engine and it will cost, to quote them, "about 10,000 dollars". They refused to run a compression test or any other tests, calling them "irrelevant" and that my only option was a new engine.

I said no and towed it home. I ran a hydrocarbon test that you can buy at autozone and followed the instructions to the letter. Each time it came up negative. Then I looked and saw one of the two serpentine belts was shredded and at the bottom of the engine bay. This belt ran the water pump and alternator. I bought a new one for 23 dollars (which is far less than the 10,000 they quoted me) and replaced it and it runs just fine now.

Very upfront and honest about the issues with my truck. Before the work they did, my 1996 GMC Sonoma was ready to be retired. Especially Jim has invested a lot of time and saved me a lot of money on what would've been costly repairs somewhere else, and their work has been the highest quality. Extremely grateful! Services: Electrical, General repairs & maintenance

Been going here for quite some time. My experiences there have always been great. The prices are reasonable compared to other shops or to buying the parts separately. The work has always been quality and if ive ever had an issue with a repair (which I haven't) they've always been clear that they will double check their work and fix anything that was wrong with the work.

They have always been friendly and open about work they would be doing and explaining in detail if I was confused. They also tell you when something isn't really within their expertise which to me, is huge because no one wants a half finished job, like body work. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Jim at Midwest Auto is truly amazing! They have gone above and beyond all of our expectations in helping us with our son's 2007 Mitsubishi Raider. Everything from known repairs to going out of their way to help us diagnose and recommend solutions to keep our son's vehicle on the road. We will continue to bring our cars to these guys and can't say enough about just how helpful and informative they are!

They definitely take the time to explain all of the issues in an easy to understand way, and offer up their honest opinions on how to proceed forward. Everyone should be taking their cars to Midwest Auto! Thank you Jim for all that you've done for us. You've definitely earned us as a client for life! Calex

Very unprofessional. Hung up on me. Got upset that I chose to repair my own vehicle after diagnosis was done. I took it to them for the air conditioner. They told me my condenser low speed fan was not working. I opted to replace it my self. He also lied about price of parts to repair the fan. Told me after I replaced it if there was a problem to bring it back in and they would take the next steps in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

After I returned with the car he said a fuse had blown and it was fixed. It wasn't 100% due to age and ware on the a/c compressor. But it was working properly. When I left it was still blowing warm when driving. The problem was never fixed nor did they drive it to see if it was still had the same issue. After I called back he then explain that the compressor would need to be replaced.

When I asked why he never told me this to begin with? He told me it was Friday and didn't want to deal with it and hung up on me. There quality of work and customer service is well below par. I will never be returning to this shop and do not recommend that you go there for any reason. Do not waste your time and money. I would leave a zero star review if I could.

Jim and his staff are top notch. Not only did repairs cost less than half of what Landmark Dodge wanted to charge, the service was great. The people here are more about true good old fashion customer service than a buck. They kept me informed and provided options. I highly recommend them. For your next repair choose Midwest Auto Services tell them Pastor Andre sent you.
